Austin Heating and Cooling is the best company in the Mid Michigan area! They are professional and down to earth, and are quick to come out to my home to assist me with any issues that arise, even if few and far between because they install top quality equipment at a very competitive price! During a cold night the gas valve broke on my furnace. Austin Heating & Cooling had it fixed hours later even though they already were booked for the next couple days. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling services!
Pam and Fran with Austin Heating & Cooling were quick to help me out when my furnace went out on one of the coldest nights. They sent a technician the next day even though their schedule was already full. They are the best and I highly recommend!
Would definitely recommend this business for your heating service. I have lived in my house for 45 years and Steve replaced my furnace that had been in for 46 years. Steve and Gabe are the most professional installers I have had do work for me. Not only did they replace furnace they both cleaned up any mess they made inside and out. This is where to spend your HVAC dollars! The Austin team wants one thing; what is best for the customer. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They take time to explain what was done and why. All team members on site have an eye to preventative maintenance as well - pointing out things to consider in the future. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my HVAC needs! By the way - they sell water heaters too.
To Whom it may concerned. I called and left a message for a estimate. "Karen" had a attitude when I spoke to her. Not quite sure why? I wanted to do business with this company, but thank the mighty guy above for showing Karen's and the company real colors! I do not recommend.
Originally went back and forth with his wife Karen, I mean Pam on scheduling someone to take a look, got her husband Steve and some other dude to come out and tell me I had a bad coil in My AC at the end of June, didn't charge me or my dad when asked how much. roughed through summer and come Sept. the furnace wouldn't turn on, now mind you, I got a quote in June for a brand new system for 7 grand, when it wouldn't turn on, I called my Army buddy who just started his own business, VOVO heating and cooling out of Grand Rapids, his name is Alex Johnson. He immediately came out, drove back to Holland from Dimondale, ripped out my furnace, installed new duct work, new chimney vent in one day at less than half of what Austin said. Not bad right. What got me was, Steve came to my house when my buddy was there, started trespassing. When mentioned this to Karen/Pam all she did was use disgracefully words towards me. I do NOT recommend
Just had furnace and water heater replaced. Also added new central air. Outstanding customer service! Friendly and professional from Fran in the office to the installion guys. Steve and Bryan were professional and efficient. Done in a day! Cleaned up the job site and the final cost was actually under the estimate! Very pleased. I would highly recommend this company.
Wow! All i can say is WOW. Steve and the team may be the most courteous, prompt and professional contractors I have ever dealt with. Great email and phone communication about start times and dates. Prompt replies to emails and calls. Great work. Courteous on the jobsite and at the end of the job. Pointed out things that didnt need to be fixed as well as suggestions on how to do what was currently done better, without pressure. the ONLY HVAC company I will ever use again.
Brian came to do our AC tune up and as always did a professional and complete inspection. Couldn't recommend Austin-Fuller more!

Austin-Fuller Heating and Cooling provided our family with phenomenal service. We purchased our home late this fall and immediately started having issues with the furnace. Steve came out to check the issue and the previous owners didn’t have a drain line installed. Water was pouring behind our furnace (leading us to believe it was an issue with our main cast drain which we did call a plumber and got an estimated quote of $2,500 to fix which we were planning on doing this spring!!!) after Steve took the cover off water also came pouring out of it. He cleaned it up and it was working good enough but with that much water damage we decided on going with a new furnace as not to have any further issues. Steve was back in a short few days with a new furnace. Only took a few hours for the install, and absolutely no water on our floor since! We LOVE our new furnace and the service we received. Upon the inspector coming out after he said it was one of the best installs he’d ever seen. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having issues with their HVAC.

I have my furnace and my A/C tune ups done every year by Austin-Fuller. My heat went out on a Sunday, so Monday morning first thing I called them and they were GREAT in getting me on their schedule that same day and getting my furnace fixed. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and they had my furnace working while they went to get a part and finish their other service calls and made sure to come back yet the same day to install the part. I GREATLY APPRECIATED their responsiveness and their professionalism and doing their best to save me money. I will definitely be calling them for any future needs!
I have lived in my home for more than 40 years, and during that time have dealt with many local businesses for numerous repairs and installations. Without a doubt, Austin-Fuller Heating and Cooling was the best call I've ever made. The folks there, from receptionist and service technicians to the owner, consistently outperform all others when it comes to customer service, repair and installation services. Like service used to be years ago, they truly make you feel like family and prioritize whatever problem you're experiencing. They have great response time, and are prompt, friendly, and professional. Likewise, they are highly knowledgeable regarding the Heil furnace brand; and I absolutely love the high efficiency model they installed. Lastly but most importantly, I found Austin Fuller to be more concerned about providing topnotch service and less driven by profit. They took care of me. Thank you Austin Fuller, you're awesome!
