Unprofessional service from Michelle secretary to owner Nancy. Extremely overpriced and big rip off!! This is a family owned scam beware!!! Wait till warranty repairs come in as they over charge!! If possible DO NOT USE UNITED for your heating and cooling issues.
Lady on the phone was rude as can be. Just cause you are a little booked up, doesn't justify the attitude to a potential customer. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I had my new furnace installed on January 22, 2029. I watched them remove my 70 year old furnace and replace it with the new one. They did a great job and everything is working. I highly recommend them.
