Jim always provides immediate personalised service. It’s not very often that you can find a business that can come same-day. On call 24 hours a day at no extra charge. Just have a biannual cleaning, inspection of AC and furnace. Plus, they ask about your family. Such a wonderfully comforting experience when you’re stressed about being without heating or AC.
Just wanting to say that we were very pleased with the service that Jeff provided for us. He was passionate and professional. Very easy to work. The technicians from this company arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. They were very personable and knowledgeable. They talked through every step of what they did with removing my old air conditioner and installing the new one with new coils in my furnace, as well as a brand new programmable thermostat. They were very proud of their work as they explained how the system works and gave me a quick guide on how to use my new thermostat! They are highly recommended.
Couldn't even get a technician to come see about my furnace. Waited all day for someone to call or reach out only for them to say they called and I didn't answer. When I kept trying to get service they canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional
Last Monday, I requested a service from this HVAC repair company for my AC heating repair needs. Fortunately, these guys were able to respond, and they were able to tackle the issue immediately. Nautilus Heating and Cooling Co has been taking care of my ac/heater for about 3 years now, as well as my dads. they have always been courteous and prompt and their service is great. They replaced my AC unit when I moved and the existing unit was in poor shape. the unit they installed has been so energy efficient that I save a lot on my electric bills. they have made service visits late in the evening to make things easier for me. I would highly recommend this company.
The technician took the time to pick up the part, comes straight back and get everything fixed. It took more time than most service calls, but he kept me up to date throughout the process. Scheduled an appointment to have my A/C unit serviced this morning. I called the company after the technician was a NO SHOW and was told that there were preferred clients in my area who take priority over my appointment...whatever this means. They proceeded to tell me that a technician may or may not show up today and that I would have to wait for a technician to contact me directly. I called McCarver Heating and Cooling after I got off the phone with Nautilus. They sent a technician to the house immediately w/ a $35 lower service call charge. Thanks for salvaging the rest of my day McCarver.
If I could give more stars then I would. John was great from the moment I scheduled an appt. I got notifications of who he was and when he would be arriving to my home. He was professional and honest the whole time. There was no pushing us to buy anything we didn't need or want. He really went above and beyond to make us feel like we were in great hands. We had 4 different people come and talk to us and John was the only one who actually sat down and went through everything. He was so laid back, it was great! I will recommend Nautilus Heating and Cooling Co to everyone!
John didn't pressure on purchasing any of their products and/or services. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade and was able to answer all our questions in a manner that we are able to understand. Overall his service was outstanding. I highly recommend them.
Joan scheduled my appointment and handled everything professionally and efficiently. She was personable and upbeat. Customer Service like that is hard to come by these days. Trevor was the technician who checked my AC units and explained to me why my AC was not running. He had it working in no time. I was very pleased with the service beginning with the office personnel to the field personnel.
