National heating and cooling installed a furnace, AC and a water heater in my house a number of years ago and did a great job. They also fixed the AC system at my girlfriends house in less than a day. You guys are great! I recommend them 100%
Furnace was cycling on and off like every ten minutes; Called national as I had done in the past, told them I need a new thermostat installed. Adam said they will install the thermostat and charge me $90 to have the Furnace inspected, I agreed. Service tech came out and installed the thermostat but the Furnace did not start he looked at a tube put it back and the Furnace came on after he flick the switch on the side.10 days later the Furnace is doing the same thing. National sent a different tech, he changed a glow plug. National over changed me because I was charged for the second visit when the first tech should have found the issue. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. Dishonest business practices. Search for a better company. NO NOT USE NATIONAL, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. Adam was very rude and condescending when I called to get an understanding of the charges.I have no issue with paying for services I need but if the Furnace was inspected as Adam told me it would be instead of lying about the inspection. The $90 dollars was for the service call. I expect honesty when hiring someone to do a job...just be honest and upfront. Seriously people find a better company RUN. * I was contacted by Fred, not sure what his Title is, but he was very concerned about my issues, he quickly offered to correct it, and he followed through and did what he said he would do correct it. I can appreciate that and will continue to use this company in the future!

The Team of the National heating Crew was very polite and professional I have not had any major problem or concerns with my new installation. I waited to do this review because it was installed in the summer the other concern was minor and they came out quickly and fixed. the issue I would recommend this company they are a awesome team David,,Paul,Ernie,Will,, Adam Thank you
I had my furnace replaced by them. They literally quoted me 2k less than another company. My furnace went out around Christmas last year and they accommodated coming out that week. Were in and out, professional, and proficient. I got financing and it was very easy. I’m going to them for all my hvac needs.
This company is Racist! They sent a rep to my home and he stated he would get back with me regarding service. I called for 3 weeks straight...and they kept giving me the run around. I am glad I did not do business with them.
The man who came out talked to me with respect and explained things to me I didn't understand.
NH&C has installed AC in 2 houses and maintained AC and heating for both as well. They are professional, friendly and always do a great job caring for our systems. Highly recommended.
Update: They have been owning up, and did a decent service recently. So I upped my review to 3 stars. But a relatively new system requiring to be serviced that often still bothers me. Original review: We had a furnace installed by them 3.5 years ago, got AC added 2 years ago. In both cases we went with the more expensive option they offered. 2 to 3 times a year for the last 3.5 years the system stops working. So far they didn't charge for the service calls at least. But usually they cannot find the issue. Twice when the AC stopped working and equipment was frozen they just told me to turn it off for 24h. Also when they first installed the furnace and ran the ducts in the basement they didn't bother to insulate any of the ducts. They also put a non GFCI protected receptacle by the furnace in an unfinished basement which caused me trouble with an inspector later on. Given the price they charge their service is extremely disappointing. I don't understand how anyone here gives them 4 and 5 star reviews.
They did a major repair on my heating system two years ago, while my heating/electric company was giving me the runaround. They are professional, friendly, on time, responsive, and do excellent work.

I made a mistake yesterday and posted a review that wasn’t reflective of this company it was towards another company but needless to say I received a call from the company I was so embarrassed I confused the company that played me yeasterday I had to make it right now although my appointment is today I feel confident that national is going to make sure I’m good and just to receive a call from these guys first thing this morning let’s me no this is a great company sorry guys and I appreciate the understanding 💯

Corrected issue. So far so good
I had National come out to look at my baseboard heating in one area of our house because it wasn't working correctly. Upon inspection we couldn't figure out what was wrong but it they turned the boiler up (hotter) and it kicked on. It lasted a couple of days and then again shut off again. I called them back they came out same day replaced a valve and it is now working correctly. Fred the manager was a great help and we spoke a few time about the issue and how to correct it. Thank you for your help.
National Heating & Cooling is my only call with anything HVAC. I manage many properties and they are my #1 call. Owners are great, techs are great, and the staff are all easy to talk to on any questions that I have had. They always work hard to get to jobs that I put them on done timely and the work they do is very professional for a very reasonable price. Great on communication too. Defiantly recommend them to all my friends and family!
