I called and they were very professional. The scheduler helped me figure out what I could do while I waited for my AC unit to be serviced and it helped a lot. She then called and sent me a text that they could schedule me for an earlier day than originally available. When Justus came, he was very kind and knew exactly what to do. He also answered all our questions. Our AC unit is up and running. If ever we need the AC serviced, we will definitely use them again! Thank you Ford’s Heating and Cooling
Wendy was very knowledgeable helpful and polite. You can tell she really enjoys her job. Jose came out check the AC got it running within 30 minutes. Very professional .Got a lot of information from him. I will tell my friends about my great experience.

We made an emergency call to them for our furnace, and they came in not even an hour later and fixed the problem quickly. I found the price for the work very reasonable also. We definitely recommend Ford’s Heating and Cooling and will be using them in the future for our heating and cooling problems and maintenance.
They arrived on time, found the problem. Had the replacement part on their truck. Fixed the unit and checked it out. found some other problems fixed them np charge, Explained the work they did and charged a reasonable price.
We love Ford’s Heating and Cooling . This is the second system that we have purchased from them. All the employees are excellent. Honesty is a top priority with this company. Definitely look out to help the customer get good service and products at a fair price.

Ford’s Heating and Cooling did a thorough A/C checkup, cleaning filters, and checking pressures on the unit outside. Very professional and explained everything that he did really well - I know more about my system now! A really great interaction. Thanks! Pretty clean and nice quiet space
Jim came out yesterday within an hour and went above and beyond to fix my unit and to get it back running. He was very courteous and professional and my house is cool again. Thank you so much I highly recommend your company.
