It was 90 degrees outside and my central air was not functioning properly. The system came on but it would not cool my home. Kenny came out the same day!! He was empathetic, professional and was able to quickly diagnosed the problem. He returned with a compressor and wala my home feels amazing. Great job!! You are now “locked in” and my “go to” for any future HVAC needs.

After having many problems with a previous company. Kenny came by and quickly told me my problem. I questioned him, and he reassured me that what he advised was the problem and that he wasn’t to be paid until the problem was solved. Otherwise he wouldn’t be paid. YES, he diagnosed problem and fixed the problem, which was something 2 other companies could not. So yes I would definitely recommend Budget and Kenny for any problems moving forward!
I called budget plumbing and heating for a quote to repair my ductwork. My second floor was colder than the rest of the house. I thought I needed new ductwork, but the technician was honest and explained that my problem was a simple cleaning. He saved me a lot of money and a huge headache. He was fast and professional. If you're looking for an honest inspection and solution call budget.
Kenny responded during the holidays; my tenants furnace went kaput; he installed new one in 24hrs & really important to me, he cleaned up everything leaving the basement looking good! Yep, I recommend him.
I've used this this company for 3 yrs, Kenny's very professional, reliable, consistent, knowledgeable. His work is A1, if I could give him a 💯 🌟 I would. He's worked on my furnace, installed a water heater, and keeping my old boiler working in one of my rental properties. He's also replaced some pipes in the rental. Being a homeowner can be challenging, but when you can find the right companys to work on your home without having to worry about the quality of the work is a blessing. So yes I was blessed to find him, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a well qualified professional furnace company. Man, my tenant and I really rely on him, and he always show up and show out. Ty again Kenny!!!

Kenny has been my go to HVAC guy for about 3-4 years now. He’s always professional and his work is great. He has completed work on more then 20 homes for me and i am completely satisfied every time. Even people i refer him to are pleased. His prices are fair and he explains what the problem is in detail and what he will need to do, to make sure its not a reoccurring issue. Highly recommended.
I've been working with Kenny for the last seven years. We've done nothing but great, business together. He has rehabbed over 16 of my houses since then. Start to finish, beginning with ductwork with furnace and ac installations and then later re pipe and plumbing . Also during that time I've had him service all of my houses. Any time any of his installed furnaces needed service there was no service call, he just came out to tenants home. "Warrantied" As an out of state investor it's great to know that I've met and have had a great relationship with Kenny. Even though we have never met in these so many years. It's good to know I have found a great Hvac contractor in DETROIT. Amongst some of the others contractors, I've dealt with when he was busy. There's bad contractors and there are good contractors. Kenny I want you to know today your work and you being so helpful to my tenants who has a paraplegic daughter. She explained to me how helpful you were today. Quick Action! You're The Man!! You have shown me nothing less than what I expect from a good contractor and I'm going to keep our relationship, for the known future.

KENNY literally is the best in Detroit on time and flexible to your schedule great work ethic and gets the job down. That first cold day my heat wouldn’t come on i called it was kinda late but i explained to him that i have a new born and it was kinda of a emergency he came right out got the heat going then notice a few other problems and made me aware and i made a appointment and he came out and fixed it all. I used him this past summer for my a/c and he fixed that quick. 5stars does not cut it when it comes to budget heating and cooling i give him 10stars Thank you Kenny i will be referring all my friends family and neighbors to you .

So I contacted Kenny on Facebook marketplace, which started off as a professional conversation. I elaborated on the issues, I was having with my electric furnaces needing to be installed at my duplex. He replied and said he could install them. He Sent me his number I texted the address, UNIT 1: when he arrived he took pictures of the furnace then I asked was he licensed and he stated that he was, then I ask about pulling a permit for the job. He said (“I’ll go pull a permit when I go get your materials”) I said ok. He looked around made a call, then said it will be $1750 each to install . I said cool he said I need half now I said no, I’ll give you a 3rd of the money which we agreed upon at the installation. He leaves come back with the material, said the materials came up to more than the money I gave which was $800 $500 for the first unit 300 for the second unit . Cleared has way and let him work. Gets everything installed incorrectly. Gets paid smile and say this was my first time installing one these .which after he finished he left my materials outside to the second unit. He stated he had to go handle business (took pictures) Kinda didn’t pay no attention because I was in a rush to move my tenants in. I turned it on for the heat so the guys can finish working but the breaker kept popping, I called him told him the problem, he said i don’t know why it’s doing that you might have to call an electrician because it shouldn’t be popping.I was confused he said that. Called out an electrician. He said that the wires that was feeding in the furnace was wrong and he never tied in my flex ductwork nor finished my cut out for my cold air return this guy is not good for business plus stop answering my calls to resolve the issue I will never recommend him to anyone, p.s I WILL BE SEEING YOU IN COURT BROTHER
