Excellent, my drain pipe was clogged and my technician John listened to what I was trying to do before he got there. He also thoroughly explained what I would be getting if I opted for the service contract. I watched him, he didn't mind. The team followed up with me the next day. I feel the price for the service contract for two preventative maintenance visits was very fair. I feel the service will keep my AC in the best condition as it ages.
All was great. Your guy was very professional and did a great job. Actually corrected work done by a previous repair service that was done before we owned the house. Our air duct cleaning was very good - we got a video and can already see an improvement.
