I would strongly recommend Mark. He walked me through an emergency repair and was able to fix obsolete parts with comparable units that he had on his shelf. He will be getting my business when it comes time next fall to replace my furnace for good. If you are in need of HVAC work I would strongly consider using Mark and his team!

Great People. Great Service. Not over priced.
Giving three stars because my repairman tried to fix it. He first said it was the capacitor. Then, when he said it wasn't the capacitor, he then claimed it was the compressor. Finally, he said they were not allowed to change it because it's a Coleman unit. I liked him, he was nice. But I think maybe, the office should ask callers if their unit was a Coleman, if you're not allowed to fix them. It would have saved me the $80 service fee. I called Capitol Supply. They said the capacitor and the compressor were both fine. I have a slow leak. They filled the refrigerant and said that when I'm ready/saved up enough money, that I will probably need to replace the whole unit.
I cannot say enough good things about Mark. He has helped us at our old house and now at this house as well... He tries to walk you through things on the phone to do everything to save you a few bucks. Very, very helpful and super responsive at all times. Appreciate him more than he knows.
Incredibly honest and knowledgeable. Mark Janose has fixed our furnace and central air over the years and has repaired our furnace or a/c several times when other companies said to replace the whole unit. Our air conditioner went out and I called in the morning and even though they were swamped with this heat they made time to make it the same day. Great service and had it diagnosed before he even looked at it. Just from what I told him on the phone. Quickly fixed it and was very polite and knowledgable! Would 100% recommend them whether it was heater or air they know what they are doing.
If you have any Heating or Cooling issues, make sure to call Coopersville Heating and Cooling. Mark is the absolute best! Very reasonable, knowledgeable, and great customer service!

Knowledgeable, reasonably priced and HONEST. After I was told by a large Grand Rapids company that I needed a new furnace, Mark did an adjustment that kept it running for 3 or 4 years. Then when it had stopped working again Larry installed a part that once again fixed the problem. I'm so grateful for ethical businesses like this one.
It's not often that you find such honesty in a profit based business. They talked me through a simple repair, saving me the service call and insuring their place as my first call next time I'm in need of HVAC work.
