Any time we need any plumbing or heating done we always call Action Plumbing. Very punctual and worked and was knowledgeable. Never been disappointed. Now we have learned other items such as pool heaters. Thank you for doing a great job for us.
Any time we have an issue they typically get someone out to us within 24 hrs. Everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful and courteous to our home. They also have all gone above and beyond to make sure the functionality is there for us, whether it's our furnace or a faucet outside the house.
Can't remember the name of the tech that came out, but he was professional, polite, and very responsive to any questions that I had. He was forthright about the costs and didn't try to push services that I don't need. The work was completed in a timely fashion, he cleaned up behind himself, and now my ac is pumping cold air like it should. Yay!

Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. What’s more important is his honesty. What began as an estimate for a new central air unit and ended with maintenance. I trust him and will definitely call Action when we’re ready to replace it!!
Great service. I called at 830am after no heat for 2 days. Kyle was out immediately to evaluate furnace and identified furnace problem and safety issues. I needed a new furnace. Nate and Cody arrived at 1215pm with new furnace and installed it. I had heat by 4pm. Great team. Answered my questions. Would highly recommend this company.
My water heater went out yesterday evening.(Jan 2023) I called this morning and got a same-day appointment. The water heater was fixed in less than 30 mins! I'm so sorry I forgot the gentleman's name but not only was his work efficient, but he was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly shared the root of the problem with me. He also placed slipcovers on his boots, which I greatly appreciated! I'd definitely recommend. Thank you Action Plumbing & Heating! UPDATE!!! (06/02/23) Action Plumbing and Heating came out to my home for my Central Air Unit(they are contracted through consumers energy for home appliance repairs). I was told even after repairs the life of my unit probably wouldn't be long and a brand new unit would be $$$$$. I told him I really don't have the funds at the moment for a new unit. So repairs would probably be what's best for the moment. Well he went ahead and left giving me a card with the price of a new unit, and didn't make an attempt at any repairs. He didn't even put the fuse box back. I understand it been a long hot week but if nothing else at least put things back the way you found them! This was a different guy from the gentleman that repaired my hot water heater in January. So this most recent visit does not reflect on my 1st visit at all. Though it left me highly disappointed! My 5 stars is still for theJanuary visit. I give this last visit 2 stars because at least he did show up.
Fast and professional service! Spoke with Cole on the phone and he was polite and helpful. First really hot week in Michigan and I was able to get same day service. Kyle was professional and was able to fix my AC. 100% recommend this company!

Had them install a new furnace and air conditioner unit. This time had them install a gas line for kitchen remodel. Both times the work was done quickly, as described and professionally.
Technicians were very thorough and informative on operation of gas fireplace, furnace, air conditioner and water softner. Friendly and courteous!
