BEWARE: Company had me pre-pay and then cancelled 2 days in a row. No showed day 1, cancelled after resetting day 2. Very rude, left the customer hanging!!
Philip and George provided outstanding installation in addition to being very competent and personable. The air conditioning system was of a higher caliber than I had anticipated. If I ever require your service again, I will without a doubt select your business. I'll also let my friends know about the expert work I got. I appreciate your hard work.
We are new homeowners & found our heating system wasn't keeping us warm during the recent cold snap. Newton Heating and Cooling got us a same-day appointment with the guy who investigated the problem, explained what was going on, and fixed it with ease. We are so thankful for his help and efficiency. Highly recommend!!
Not impressed.... Customer Service is non existent. Called Monday, May 16th at 8:15am to request air conditioner service. Was told they could be at my home between 12 to 3pm same day and they would call first. At 4:45pm I called to get an update and was told the service call before mine took longer than anticipated and they could only reschedule to the following Friday. ???? I did not use nor will I use Newton Heating and Cooling nor recommend this company to anyone.
Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what I wanted to know, and worked diligently the entire time he was here. Even though this was a service call under warranty, he did not rush , but instead was very engaged in his process. I was very pleased with the entire work service, and the calm and funny demeanor Michael displayed!
Michael was prompt, kind, considerate and did his best to keep the onsite time to a minimum. He service the furnace and it is working like a dream now. Well done Newton Heating and Cooling!
I appreciate Newton Heating and Cooling's excellent and prompt service. Jacob's repair and maintenance expertise helped us figure out what was wrong with our furnace. He was courteous and helpful. Despite the fact that he needed a part, he took the time to get it and fix the problem the same day. During an arctic blast, I'm thankful for heat!

The level of professionalism that this company displays is not what we have been used to when it comes to HVAC services! The only thing missing from Newton Heating and Cooling service are white gloves! The patience and precision that their technicians display is extraordinary! Our technician was Jim and he helped us understand what was going on each and every step of the way.
Wanted to charge 149.00 to give an estimate for a new furnace on a new build watch out I bet they penny pinch everything
Charged me $120 service fee to come out and give me a quote. The quote was insane. $9000 for AC and furnace replacement. We found someone who did it for $6000. Don’t trust these fake google reviews or this scummy company.
I've used Newton Heating and Cooling company for routine maintenance, as well any required repairs, for the past few years. I would rate every interaction as five stars! Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably-prices services. I highly recommend them.
Newton Heating and Cooling is the best of the best in providing HVAC services! I can never go anywhere else because I know with them I get high quality work at the best price. Joe and his team are professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. It's comforting to work with a company that offers you services that are worth your money. I don't have to look anywhere else!
Newton has been servicing our HVAC unit since we moved into our home. They have been great with customer service. We recently had them put the humidifier on the furnace. They did an excellent job and the technician took the time to explain the steps how to work the system, they as well serviced furnace for the winter. We will continue to use and recommend them to our friends.
