The Mechanical Extreme's team is great to work with, the office staff is always so happy and pleasurable to talk to. The crews that have been on site are top notch, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. I was a service customer for many years of them squeezing the life out of my previous system before having them replace my AC/ Furnace and HotWater. I would recommend them to anyone looking to partner with a great local business.

The first visit, 5yrs ago ac capacitor and stop leak, happy faces, 2nd saved me in the dead of winter with new furnace. Now they got ac working after failed 4to5 wire. My goto for professionalism & price. 😀Thank you.

Communication is excellent, always respond, confirm appointment ahead, let you know when they are headed to you. Excellent work, very professional and knowledgeable staff, cover all issues throughly. Just a refreshing change from other services I've used, no answer, no call back, no show and aren't prepared when they do show. Extreme is the best I've ever worked with. I highly recommend Mechanical Extremes Heating & Cooling LLC. My air conditioner was freezing up and I called them to schedule an appointment. They worked with me on my scheduling and the day of the appointment I had to cancel and they were very responsive on getting back to me to reschedule. They sent me texts and email to remind me about my appt. I was even able to cancel my appt by responding to both and they sent me an email on what they had available on the days I was available. Colin was the tech and we were notified of who was coming and a picture of him which was awesome. He checked out everything and was able to get my air running again. He was very friendly and professional, and told us what he was doing or going to do. I will definitely do business with them again when needed.
