I called Douglas V. Late in the day right after a horrible hail and wind storm wiped out our power and left a lot of damage behind. We were unable to operate without power. He was able to arrange delivery first this the next morning and remained available after hour to work out the details. We could not be happier with the service provided.

I thought you guys did a good job getting us what we needed! It was a bit challenging getting a hold of a sales/rental rep at certain points. Overall good experience.
Multiple issues with rented equipment. There was a diesel spill in the 250KW generator we rented. one of the four 50A CS generator power cables we rented was completely severed when we took it off a pallet (and it was in the middle of all the other cables), and another of these cables was wired wrong in the plug end, so we would only get 120V, not 240V using it.

I was told one price, communicated about the service I was to receive and spoke about the price again. The next day my aunt calls up and all of a sudden there is now a weekend price. Pretty disappointed after being told it was gonna be half the price originally. We'll see how the machine operates, maybe 3 stars would be better.
