Worst company we ever call
7/20/2020 - Services suspended due to the passing of the business owner. No indication if the business will re-open at this point. On behalf of those looking for their services, I offer my condolences to the family of the owner.
My technician Jesse Price was excellent and I would definitely recommend him and Action Mechanical. They were at my house when they said they would be and searched high and low to find the problem with my AC. I will definitely use Action for all of my heating and cooling needs. Being new to Belleville it was great to find a local company that can help at the drop of a hat
Never showed up for appointment to give me a quote for a new AC installation. They told me “Wednesday afternoon” (5/27). My husband called back to see if they could do it in the late afternoon. They stated, “Oh, no she made an appointment for 5/28 at 2pm.” It’s 5/28 past 530pm now and they are a no show, no call- nothing. I tried to call the business to see if they planned on coming today still and I get a voicemail X2 staying they were closed (this was at 0245pm). Well.. they lost a customer for a few thousand dollar job✌🏻.
Action serviced my A/C condenser that was not turning on when expected. The service rep, David, was very polite, professional and had the patience to answer all of my nosy service questions. The issue was diagnosed as a faulty fuse and fixed immediately. Thank you!
Serviceman was out within 3 hours of making phone call. My furnace was about 40 years old and needed an obsolete part. They found one and installed it the next morning. Very satisfied.
My company has used Action Mechanical for years.
I've had them come out twice. Once for a clean and check and the other time they checked a gas leak for me. Dave came out on time and service was fast. The service was professional and I've referred them to friends and family. Thank you for great service

Worst company to ever deal with!!!! DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE AND CALL THEM! Technicians are all under training. They call there boss while on the job to figure things out, then you end up paying for that!
I called Action Mechanical in Belleville in the midst of a FREEZE!! Inches of snow on the ground and temps below 10 degrees, they were at my door the next morning. Jesse came out on the call and assessed the situation. He was so informative and professional!! He repaired our furnace without gouging us on price or making us feel like it should be replaced even though it is 25 years old. I highly recommend this contractor!
This is the 2nd time in 5 years I've had to call them out and both times they were extremely quick to get out to my house, have always acted courteously and professionally. I won't go anywhere else for my furnace needs. Thank you guys!!!

I highly recommend Action Mechanical for all your heating/cooling needs, furnace/water heater installations or repairs. They also do regular furnace tune-ups and air conditioning maintenance. Very good quality of work as well as punctual and responsive.

I own Jamerican Grill Food Truck and this is our go-to company for any of our technical issues. They are very knowledgeable on restaurant equipment and our service calls are always quick. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Through my home warranty service I had to use them. They were charging me $1080 above what warranty would cover. I talked to my warranty service and found out that they were charging me $800 for freon which I was only to be charged $145 and $300 for the rewiring of the compressor they had to put in and I wasn’t supposed to be charged for that either. Don’t use them.
The company to go to for your heating and air conditioning service calls. We have used Action Mechanical for several years for our seasonal heating and air conditioning check-ups and maintenance. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who arrived at the appointed time.
