They responded promptly on Christmas Eve!
We recently bought a house and it needed a furnace and ac replacement. Robertson and Morrison where the only company to come out and actually give a quote, everyone else ghosted on us. It was actually a blessing because these guys did a fantastic job. Crew came at 8 this morning and finished up around 2. Everyone was great, and the price was reasonable. They're my go-to hvac guys now.
just had them replace my AC unit. I got an estimate quickly, they were able to fit me in their schedule quickly as well. The installers were on time and did the job in 1 day. When I need a new furnace I will be calling them again

They came out the same week we called, showed up on time, fixed our ac in a short amount of time, and the repair was much cheaper than we expected. Repairman was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to wear a mask when interacting with us.
Knowledgeable service guy but $165 for a travel fee + 1 hour labor to tell me to ask my neighbors how they fixed their HVAC issues just isn't acceptable when the issue wasn't resolved and no actual work was done.
New furnace and AC install. Very professional, left everything clean, answered all my questions.

Robertson Morrison did the original installation on my HVAC system several years ago. Since then they have done every bit of service in a timely, professional manner. They have bailed me out of more than one emergency situation and I will continue to turn them whenever I have any needs for HVAC service, repair or replacement.
Robertson Morrison installed a new HVAC unit in my place in 2013. I have just found out that they installed the drain pipe incorrectly, causing it to leak into my downstairs neighbors' unit. They also left a broken T junction on the master drain pipe, which would allow water from upstairs to leak into mine. Needless to say I won't be asking for work from RM again.

Great family oriented company, incredibly thorough and professional
We've had Robertson Morrison assist us with our heating and cooling needs for years now. They've always shown a strong commitment to us as a customer and demonstrated top notch expertise. Twice in the past ten years we've had sudden failures of our air conditioning unit on a rental property that we own and Robertson Morrison was out within 24 hours to replace the unit. Both times they responded immediately and solved the issue with minimal involvement from us. On our own home they've been out multiple times to diagnose airflow issues that leave areas of the house colder than we'd like. In these cases they've demonstrated vast knowledge for heating and cooling and helped us balance the temperatures to our comfort level. Recently we had a zoning system installed by them which has not only made our house more comfortable, but installation was quick and easy. Their professional team showed up on time, installed the system quickly and then spent ample time teaching us how to use the new thermostat and walk us through how the system works. Highly recommended.
