Jason and Dom arrived bright and early at 7:30 to begin the installation of my new HVAC system. They worked around the clock until 6:30 to make sure everything was done. They explained everything in great detail and did a great job with clean up. Both Jason and Dom were friendly, good-natured and professional. I really appreciate all their efforts in getting my new HVAC system installed.

Indoor Comfort responded promptly over the course of 8 days, including two weekends, to help me troubleshoot our furnace issue. When the issue was initially misdiagnosed they waived the next serivce charge, even though the emergency tech had to come over the weekend. They spent extra time to give me a quote on a Saturday and returned at 8 pm to set me up with loaner space heaters to make sure we had heat. He also got permission from the owner to extend a sale that had just ended. Install was fast--1 day for furnace. Thorough walk through of the entire system at the end. Left minimal cleanup. The repair folks and install crew were all professional and the office would always return any calls I had and let me know when people were on the way. Just all in all really great service.
Thanks again to Indoor Comfort for quick service, honest assessment of the problem and immediate repair - even in an insane ice storm! Don't hesitate to sign up for their priority maintenance plan. Got me almost immediate service and a discount that made up for the cost several times over. Best HVAC company I've dealt with anywhere. Highly recommended.

This is the best heating/cooling company in town. I love working with the technicians--they are always polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and I learn a lot from them (e.g., Vince's visit today) whenever they come to do a tune-up. Keep up the good work!!
My experience with Indoor Comfort belies their claims of 100% satisfied customers. I contracted with Indoor Comfort to replace an older cast iron boiler with a new Stainless Steel Heating Boiler manufactured by Triangle Tube. They installed the boiler which proved to be inadequate. The house temperature would not go above 57 degrees F. So, I had a larger boiler installed, which seemed to work most of the time. However, in extreme cold weather with outdoor temperatures in the single digits, the temperature in the house does not go above 62 degrees F. During a cold spell, a heating pipe froze and burst. This led me to discover that the boiler was incorrectly installed. The hot water from the boiler is connected to the return lines from the house heating system, and the boiler's returning cold water lines are connected to the hot water lines of the house heating system. The lines are connected backwards. I have contacted Indoor Comfort several times and they refuse to even come to the house to take a look at the system. Now it is up to me to see how I can fix the problem they created.
