If there was a way to give a rating higher than a Five Star…. I would. The service provided by this organization is OUTSTANDING. I have two homes in Ann Arbor and I connected with Arbor Breeze three years ago initially. They have Always been very Responsive, Thorough, Knowledgeable, and Reasonably priced. They are truly my “Go To” for anything heating and cooling related. I’ve had a wide range of services that I’ve relied on Arbor Breeze to provide. Each time, Terrance and his team have exceeded my expectations. The work was conveniently scheduled and completed beautifully. I am very happy with the team at Arbor Breeze and I would Definitely recommend their services.
This is a first-class operation, period. They rate high in every category. Communication was great, the work was outstanding, they spent the time to get everything right, and importantly to me, they're an ethical company full of nice people. And if that wasn't enough, their price was the best among the 5 companies I got estimates from. As I write this, it's 4 degrees and windy outside and my new Bryant furnace is tackling it with ease. Furnace/central air units are very expensive and the installation has to be done right, so you don't want to end up with regrets about choosing the wrong company. I can't recommend Arbor Breeze strongly enough. If you're getting estimates, put them on your list.
Wonderful company to work with! Kaitlin is an amazing communicator and coordinator. Terrance is THE BEST technician and his team, especially Fred, cannot be beat!

Arbor Breeze did an amazing job coming out and installing my new AC unit. Techs were respectful and knowledgeable about their trade. Front office was timely and scheduled my installation around my schedule. Not to mention their pricing was very competitive relative to other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend Arbor Breeze to others

Arbor Breeze was extremely thorough and professional in every way. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They designed and installed two different heating systems in my building, tailoring them to the different needs in the different areas. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all of my HVAC needs.
Furnace stopped working, all other hvac places booked into November. They showed up that day, fixed the problem, were upfront with pricing and friendly.

We would be absolutely lost without Terrance from Arbor Breeze! We moved into a new home this spring and it required a lot of love to update it after 30 years of ramshackle repairs. Terrance has had our back on so many occasions already, to explain what we bought and get us back onto power or with AC as we worked through a bunch of repairs and replacements, while being really busy and dealing with all the shortages going on. Thank you Terrance!!

Water Heater rusted out and leaked everywhere. Arbor Breeze was so busy that they came after hours to check out my problem. They were able to inspect, remove, and install a hot water heater for me in under 48hours. Job was done in around 3 hours after their arrival time. I couldnt be more grateful for their professionalism and service. I don't want to post their price on here - but they were very reasonable for everything they did. Thank you all so much.
I cannot speak highly enough of Terrance. He is not only a knowledgeable expert in his field, but he has a heart of gold and is patient and caring. He went above and beyond to help my family through a difficult situation involving a home warranty issue. I very much recommend his services to anyone needing assistance with any of their heating and cooling needs.
What a wonderful company. I live in a second floor condo and the AC unit is tucked away in a little room off the patio. Some companies straight up refused to service my condo because the unit is too difficult to get into and removing the AC would be very difficult. Arbor Breeze not only said they'd do it, but Terrance, the tech they sent out, is a total trooper (and his assistant Matt): the install was slated for five or six hours but because the unit here is such an absolute pain, it actually took them way longer...during a very hot day...stuck out on a heat-trapping patio. Long story short, the energy-efficient AC unit they put in works great and Terrance did a great job with the install. Totally recommended.
Arbor Breeze was absolutely AMAZING! Our AC went our and they were able to schedule us for a total new unit installation within a week. Terrance was great and walked us through everything once he completed the work. We also had our furnace replaced (both AC & furnace were 20 years old) and everything went flawlessly. Kaitlyn was also extremely helpful. She was very responsive to all our questions and we always got quick responses. She took care of registering our units and our rebate paperwork for DTE. I would highly recommend using Arbor Breeze!

Everyone at Arbor Breeze was very professional and gave great customer service. The scheduling process was easy. Terrence worked very hard to replace our hot water heater including dealing with a couple of unexpected challenges and did a wonderful job. We won’t hesitate to utilize them again if in need and to recommend them.
