It is so easy to book online with 4-seasons and they will actually show up, even in less than 24hrs. If there is an open slot in their calendar, they'll be there. And on top of this they are really good at what they do. Over the years we've been very happy with their work.
My furnace stopped working a couple of days ago and we are going out of the country tomorrow. It is end of December , dangerous for losing heating. As an old customer, I called Randy who was out of town but he connected me to Ben. Ben came in yesterday, identified the problem, and ordered a replacement part. This morning, he came in and installed the part. The service is excellent and Ben is such a pleasant and professional young man! The company installed the replacement furnace, heater, and air conditioner in my old house a few years back and I was impressed by their services. This year, I am going to let them to do similar replacements for my new house. What a great family business to serve us local families!
Update: 7/1/22 I wanted to leave another review but am only able to modify the previous one. We had requested service from them again, our AC was not working properly, blowing cool air but without any real force. Once again stellar service in every way. I was contacted via phone as the repair was ongoing, we were kept up to date on the potential costs and what was being done. The best part, Randy never tried to up sell, even when parts could have been replaced he was reluctant to do so. Amazing. In this day and age when everyone is out to make a buck he's an honest man. Please do yourself a favor and try them out. You will not be disappointed. 2 years ago: Amazing service and SUPER easy scheduling. Other AC companies take note! We lost our AC about a week back and had to deal with 85+ degree temps in the house. Called around and around, asked friends and family. After attempting to get a call back from multiple companies we found Four Seasons and their super easy scheduling system. Honestly, we were a little skeptical that using such a feature would work out but lo and behold the next morning they stopped by on schedule and on time. Amazing. I was at work but my wife gave me the play by play on what was happening. He was super friendly and prompt, didn't try to up sell my wife and identified the issue quickly. Bad capacitor & fried wires. He made the fix and with all costs it was less than $500 for the fix, repair and inspection. Amazing. Thank you to the whole Four Seasons team, keep up the good work you guys! You have now have two new, and happy clients!
I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with 4 Seasons for installation of a new furnace and central air. They were responsive, courteous, and highly competent. They offered a competitive quote, and completed the job even faster than expected. These guys know their stuff!
We were most impressed and grateful for the experience that we had today with four seasons after losing our heat in the evening and having it repaired and fully functioning the next day. Randy was so very lovely, efficient and knowledgeable.

Four Seasons is an amazing heating and cooling company. The owner and his son are such nice, kind people. I have interacted with this company on multiple occasions and each time the customer service has been above and beyond. Their prices are the best in Ann Arbor by far. They are honest and trustworthy. They are extremely responsive and went out of their way to help me, even when they were already very busy. I can't say enough good things about them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing an AC or furnace.
These folks are truly quality. Last Nov they did a tricky repair on a 40 year old boiler to keep it limping along a bit longer. They then replaced both boilers last month. They're now doing some follow-up work free of charge, even without knowing whether their install caused the issues. They're courteous, wear masks and enter via the back door (even in deep snow) to keep our high-risk daughter safe, they communicate well, and they're timely. Highly recommended.
I found the owner, his son, and everyone at the company to be top notch. I have used them for years for complex work on my rental property and have always been impressed by their professionalism. They take a lot of time to determine the best and most cost efficient solution. They are honest and fair. I can't recommend them more highly.
I have used 4 Seasons for several years to maintain my AC unit and have been happy with the services provided and the fair price charged. I recently requested quotes from several local HVAC companies to replace my aging furnace and AC unit. The 4 Seasons quote was very competitive and the term of warranty on the Trane equipment was twice as long as those from other vendors. The technicians who installed the equipment were fantastic and finished the job in the timeframe promised. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase from 4 Seasons.

Outstanding service. Replaced failed heat exchanger on 12 yr. Furnace without trying to upsell me to a new unit, and for half the price of a larger competitors quote.

Compressor went out and I needed a new AC unit with upgraded refrigerant. Excellent price. Even got a new thermostat as well. Great service. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience. My air conditioner wasn't working and I was able to easily get an appointment on line which is so nice. Ben came out and was so nice and seemed to be an honest guy. He explained things very clearly and gave me all of my options. He ended up helping me with my furnace too. I would highly recommend them.
Had furnace problems on one of the coldest nights and was able to get an appointment that morning (called several and there was a 1 - 2 week wait). Scott was awesome and explained everything. He fixed the problem and the price was reasonable. If I have another issue will different call 4 Seasons.
Randy is my HVAC hero! After another contractor cancelled installation the night prior, I quickly found Four Seasons online. Randy called me back almost immediately and scheduled a consultation/quote for the next day. He then ordered the system and his team came to install within just a few days after consultation. My overall customer experience was stellar! Add to this that you can't beat Four Season's pricing, the mini-split unit was the highest quality, and the install was professional and pain-free, and these guys earned every star of this five-star rating. Had my furnace shut down and when I was sure I was sol I had one of their awesome techs here and fixing my furnace just from a web appointment.
Randy has been indespensible in installing our system at a competitive rate and just yesterday replacing a part buried deep in our now aging combi with impressive efficiency. Having witnessed such competence in this considerate professional with dexterity and brawn has been a great treat. If you're buying a unit, get it from Randy. He stands behind his equipment when others cut and run.
