I had been a "Club Member" of another company for many years. Every time they entered my house they wanted to sell me a new furnace to replace existing that was installed in 1997. The last 2 "techs" they sent to my house could barely light the pilot and had me convinced I needed to replace the unit. I called Indoor Climate Solutions for an estimate to replace. Ryan came out to quote but ended up fixing my furnace in about 10 minutes and free of charge. I fired Vredevoogd and will never call anyone but ICS for HVAC. Thanks Ryan! **Also, he did quote replacement and it was a couple grand less than Vredevoogd and about a grand less than Jacobsen!**

Great company! I have used them multiple times for different jobs and they are very professional and do not over charge for the job. I left a message at 6am this morning and they were able to get to my house by 1pm on a Friday. They had the parts that were needed right on the truck, so I did not have to wait for parts/install. Was not expecting someone to get to me until Monday. Highly recommended!!!
What a great company. Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year so far. Keith was out within 2.5 hours of calling and had everything fixed and some additional maintenance done very quickly. We will definitely be calling again if we need anything.
We called to have our AC repaired and the gentlemen was out to service it within a couple hours. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and the repair was done quickly. Our AC has been working great and we are very appreciative. Great company!
Company did service work on our furnace but now the A/C does not work. Nor did they follow Covid protocols and did not wear face masks. Hopefully AC gets fixed soon - but this is not professional - you should make sure all equipment works before leaving.
I had some trouble with my air conditioning system this summer, and indoor climate solutions got a technician to my house the same day that I called After troubleshooting things, I needed a new air conditioner. Indoor climate solutions gave me a very fair price, and installed the air conditioner efficiently and professionally. I believe indoor climate solutions is very honest and fair, and they are focused on customer service. I plan on using them for all my HVAC needs in the future .

Their customer service is astounding! They made extra efforts to come repair, and eventually replace, our AC unit. Not only were their prices modest, their prompt installation was admired. Our hot water heater suddenly went out! I called Indoor Climate Solutions and within 48 hours I had a brand new hybrid electric super efficient incredible water heater! I can’t believe how fast they were! Can’t recommend this company enough for anything heating and cooling. The service our furnace too!

We had a new furnace installed in 2014 and have had it serviced by the same Grandville business that installed it. This year, we hired Indoor Climate Solutions perform the annual maintenance. When the tech removed the lower access panel, I noticed a considerable amount of rust and when he removed the cover to the upper section, there was 1/4 of standing water! Indoor Climate Solutions identified and corrected all of the problems and charged us less $$$! I strongly recommend Indoor Climate Solutions and highly recommend them to anyone needing a new heating or cooling system, repairs or maintenance!
This is a company that really knows your furnace and air conditioning. I had such a great experience with them I would never consider using anyone else. They even fixed something that another company had done the year before that was not working properly. Their service, pricing and experience is awesome.
We needed our air conditioner, furnace and water heater replaced, and I had three different companies come over to give quotes. I found Ryan and the Indoor Climate Solutions team to be by far the most trustworthy, straightforward and down to earth of the bunch. We had them install Ruud systems, which are upper middle end, and they back them up 100%. On top of that, even with a 10-year warrantee, they came in thousands of dollars cheaper than companies offering both the lowest and highest end equipment. The install was fast and easy and everything is working great. They are a family company, and Ryan is second-generation at what he does. You can tell he is not only brilliant at the work, but loves it. I'm very happy we found them.

Ryan and his team have always been quick to respond accurate with diagnosing whatever is wrong with my furnace or air and extremely reasonable . I wouldn't use anyone else
