Very good company to work with. They were able to give me an estimate for a humidifier after I texted them pictures of our furnace setup and they came out the next week. The technician was on time and very professional, taking the time to explain how to operate and maintain the humidifier. Very pleased with the service.
Trevor called before he arrived, arrived promptly, and was very respectful to my home! He really explained things to me and my husband and helped us feel confident about getting a new whole house humidifier. We have been with Hestor Heating & Air Conditioning for 3 years and will continue to use them for everything related to our HVAC system and plumbing issues. Great job.

Trevor was outstanding! He was polite, and took care of everything really fast. There was a small leak at one point that was creating a mess in a corner I hadn’t seen, and he cleaned it up and showed me where to watch in case something needs to be replaced in the future. Thank you!!

Trevor with his expertise checked everything out and was able to make it work. More to that, he gave me tips on how I would handle such a case if it would happen again. Incredibly, no charges were done for the services! I would definitely choose them again next time.
