You say, your call is important to us on your answering machine. Why don't you return the two calls I left for service on the answering machine. *** update- finally called back and received a fast appointment for service on my furnace. Maintenance was done quickly and cleanly by a knowledgeable technician. Would recommend.
Good people excellent work
I highly recommend Rock Valley. They installed 3 mini-splits in our home and took care of all the paperwork to get us the rebates. Their staff was very courteous and competent. When we had to contact them, I found one of the owners, Wes, to be very responsive. At one point he came out to work on a problem with one of the units. He brought a representative from Mitsubishi and he stayed several hours to ensure that the problem was solved and we were satisfied. He was a pleasure to do business with and we are very pleased glad that we selected this local dealer.
