I was scheduled for Friday. They did not come till Saturday. The technician was really good fixed a problem. I felt it was too expensive for one small part and 30 minutes labor.
Evan Phillips was the technician and he is awesome! Very professional and took the time to explain the work and the process. Highly recommend.
They were great, showed up earlier than expected and got the task done right! Was more than I expected but was due to age of our tank etc! Thank you.
We had some central AC problems for this visit. Unfortunately there was some sticker shock to the repair cost. But ARS is always available by phone, they set up fast appointments including same day for emergencies. Again we got hit hard today (monetarily) but have used ARS several times in the past and they continue to be our go-to for all of our heating and cooling needs.
Great service all around! Very professional, patient, helpful, and all around great team! Would most definitely recommend m!
Kyle Belliveau provided a thorough evaluation of my unit's furnace and AC compressor, confirming replacement is needed. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions regarding the estimate given and scheduled service efficiently. Once again, I'm glad to have ARS nearby!
Prompt friendly same day service! Service man was great and took time to show me how to replace the filter!! Will call them again for all things HVAC!!
They were able to cone the same day I called. The tech was even a few minutes early. He was knowledgeable & helpful. The company made it easy to sign up for a service plan so I will never have the same problem again. Their service plan is helpful, covers all I would want. & helps me save money.
My central air stopped working right before I was about to leave on vacation in the middle of the summer for 2 weeks. I was able to get a service appointment quickly and before my departure, the technician came over on time, diagnosed the issue on the outdoor unit and fixed it within 5 minutes, and it was far cheaper than I was anticipating (to my immense relief). Other techs may very well have told me that I needed to replace the entire unit, and I would have been none the wiser. I am grateful for the quick, efficient, and affordable service, and now the house is nice and cool again, and the A/C will work when I get home to a mid-July house from my trip. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone.
Austin was our technician and he was great. Polite, explained everything and took the time to speak to my son on the phone as well to answer a few questions.
Rich and Derek are awesome. My hot water heater/tank blew out and they were able to come out essentially next day to switch it out with a tankless. 10/10 would recommend for quality, speed, and friendliness.

I had a very bad experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter. I wish I could give 0 stars for the service they have provided in last 5 years. I got my new A/C unit installed in 2018 and ever since I have to call them every year to fix something or other. In last 5 years, mother board in A/C handler unit has been replaced 2 times. One time, the technician working in the attic introduced hair line crack in the condensation PVC pipe which caused water leaks in the bedroom and I had to spend $15,000 to replace the whole master bedroom and bathroom walls and tiles. This year, we got to know that coil in the air handler is leaking because of which all the refrigerant evaporated and A/C unit is not cooling. To be able to replace the coil and top up the refrigerant, I need to spend another $4500 but this time, I am going with another vendor since I can’t trust ARS anymore.
I needed to do an hvac yearly checkup on a short notice for a reasonable price and ARS accomplished just that. Highly recommend - professional and good price.
I had a new central air unit put in last summer and this was a courtesy call to do a check up. I have used ARS several times. They are always responsive. The people who come are always nice and answer any questions I may have. I feel comfortable using them and recommending them.
I’m writing a second review because I wanted to single out John, who called to get my info and give me the estimate. First of all, he called back within ten minutes of my request for service. He was so unbelievably polite and accommodating to the fact that I had no idea what I was dealing with. He walked me through everything I needed to photograph, informed me that, due to some of the work done in my basement by previous owners, the setup of my water heater was no longer to code. He helped me figure out solutions and assured me that everything would be fixed and to code by the time they left. I cannot thank him enough for turning a stressful situation into something positive. John deserves a medal! In writing my second review, it deleted my first review… so… Derek and Rich came to my house to replace my water heater. They were happy to be there, polite and very professional. The job was done much quicker than originally projected and they even walked around the house to assess and point out any ways to fix or improve some other things I needed done. Thank you Derek and Rich!
ARS put in 2 HVAC systems in my house. Guys were professional, respectful and completed the job quickly. Would highly recommend.
ARS is so reliable and trustworthy. All of their employees are courteous, professional, qualified, patient and just good people! Aaron and Cody did an excellent job today. Aaron answered all of my questions and explained so I understood. It was a pleasure, as usual, to have ARS work on our system. That's why we keep coming back! Couldn't ask for better!
Very quick response.. Kyle showed up when he said he would & was on time.. very friendly honest and up front as my old system was over 25 years old and finally kicked the bucket 🤣🤣. Chris, mike, nate installed my new system was fast & in the time frame that was said it been done… they even picked up after them selves and made sure very everything was neat and looking A+… I have had plumbers in the past leave buckets and tools and just messing unprofessional… deff be calling you guys whenever we have an issue in the future plumbing and hvac needs we willl be calling!!! Thank you again from Gillie Couto & Nicole Evans
