We had a couple of taps that needed repairs and our A/C needed a seasonal check. The service was all done well and timely.

We had a burst pipe in a location that was difficult to reach. Wellesley Plumbing came out on the scheduled day and time to assess the problem. They also came out at the scheduled date and time to make the necessary repair. The repair took less time than they anticipated. The people who came out were very professional and carefully explained everything. They also thoroughly cleaned up after each visit. We have previously used them for other plumbing and heating services with effective results each time. I highly recommend them.
The team at Wellesley Plumbing did a terrific job of helping to diagnose and fix a leak in our basement. The leak turned out to be from two sources, but they were both identified and fixed over the course of a few visits. They even stopped by afterwards to make sure it was fixed completely. I highly recommend the plumbing/heating team and the customer service/scheduler who did a terrific job also!

They were responsive from my very first call. Katy did a great job helping me get photos to the tech s and coordinating the visits. They gave us a reasonable schedule and we’re able to complete everything days before hand. Very pleased

I was very pleased with all aspects of this business. The manager, Katie, was so helpful and responsive in scheduling our consult and follow up. Joel and Chris diagnosed and fixed our A/C problem quickly, also friendly and reassuring.

Our hot water heater broke on a Sunday morning - we left a message and less than 30 minutes later we received a call back. They arrived the next day with the new heater, and we were back up and running before noon. We are a long-time customer who has always had a great experience.

Wellesley Plumbing & Heating scheduled and completed work amazingly quickly and efficiently, even immediately after the cold snap froze and burst pipes throughout our area, making other plumbers unavailable. Katie was responsive and easy to deal with, Brett was professional but warm and friendly. In particular, they went above and beyond with three (3!) separate trips to Home Depot attempting to drop off the old, broken but warranty-covered unit. Thanks for that guys!
