Angel did an amazing job installing my central air cooling system. He was very polite and professional. I could highly recommend.
Doesn't finish the job, after you pay in full and NOT responsive once you make a purchase, unless you're going to spend more money. If you're a moneymaker, then you'll get a response. Otherwise, this company is unreliable and not trustworthy.
I am disappointed in the professionalism of this company. They had no showed not one but twice. I understand problems arise and after calling and receiving a response 45 minutes after our first scheduled appointment I had agreed to set up another appointment. Yet again they were a no show and after messaging I received a response 50 minutes after our scheduled appointment that they were stuck at another job. I understand that jobs run over and problems arise however a no show is unacceptable. I found Carattini to be very unreliable.
Our a/c started leaking and stopped working at the worst of the heat wave, we called Angel and he came on the same day to fix it. It is the second time we use his services and both time were fast and efficient. We’ll definitely be using him all the time for our system maintenance!
I am very satisfied with this company, reliable and very professional, we had an issue with the AC units, it was handled quickly, Angel the owner is very professional and we are extremely happy with this work. I highly recommend it.

We called with a possible emergency situation on a Saturday. Angel responded within 30 minutes and came to look at it within a few hours. Him and his wife were very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to ensure everything was working properly and fixed. Being a homeowner has it's many challenges and expenses. The last thing any homeowner needs is to have their furnace acting up and making noise's that you realize indicates trouble. Especially when winter makes it's appearance. My furnace was in desperate need of professional help and repair in the most immediate possible way. A friend of mine told me of Carattini Heating and Cooling. And how extremely satisfied he and his wife were when their furnace need repairs. As many of us do in these times. I read the reviews about Angel and was very impressed by them. So I called Angel and told him of my furnace issue's. Angel was very responsive and was at my door step in a matter of time. I was impressed with watching him get into his work. And although he explained what was what and it purpose. Not having any concept of explanations. I just listened and nodded. As he most likely knew I was out in left field somewhere. Angel was able to get the furnace up and running better than we had hoped for. No more noise hurray. Angel is a great guy with so much experience and it shows in his work experience and knowledge. He was able to come over to clean and maintain my furnace. I recommend his service to anyone that is looking to do pretty much any install or maintenance. It was a pleasure to have him over.

I am so happy with my choice to use Carrattini Boiler and Furnace Repair. As new home owners the last thing you want to find is that the inspector didn’t do his job and passed your 30 year old heating system when in reality it didn’t work properly at all. Angel came over inspected the system and took extra time to ensure we had all zones heating. Called again because a few weeks later the system wouldn’t start. He was able to work his magic and get it going again. We discussed replacing the system. After getting additional quotes that were significantly higher, and because of Angel’s thorough explanations of what was needed and why, beyond the boiler itself (piping, valves, correcting problems that were not up to code) we choose Carattini. This company is 100% about providing good customer service and was able to keep the cost very reasonable. Our home is toasty warm and we are so relieved to not have to worry about losing heat in the winter. I highly recommend Carattini and once you choose them you will too!!
