R R Services is fantastic to work with. We have had to use them for our upstairs and downstairs units on different occasions. They are professional and do a great job of explaining the issues and the solution. We have had both Zach and Josh out and they are both amazing. Great service and knowledgeable staff.
I called R R Services and they said they couldn't get to me for three days due to the number of service calls they had. The person I spoke to asked me what the problem was and when I explained it they told me what I should do to fix it and to call them if that didn't work. It worked! I will absolutely be calling them if I have any more problems. Highly recommended.
Rick and his team did a amazing job installing 2 Mitsubishi ductless systems with 4 heads. They matched the pipe and wiring coverings to the house color and everything fit perfectly. The systems are awesome and the install was painless. Rick has called me numerous times in the past few days after the install to make sure I am 100 percent happy along with my wife and to see if my elderly father was comfortable on the 90 degree days. Now that's service . Couldn't be any happier with Rick, his team, the service and the Mitsubishi systems. Thank you.

Very unhappy with their pricing policy. Tech told us the new thermostat would be around $100. Thermostat charge was $179.38 (not including the extra 1 hour labor charge of $115.00). To be clear, the tech did a very good job, was professional, and was polite. The problem was with the company’s pricing policy. The same thermostat (exact same product # with the same 5 year warranty) is listed online for about $80.00. Some markup is to be expected, but double the price is ridiculous. I would never recommend using this company.

Rick, Chris and crew did a professional and timely install of a Mitsubishi mini ductless system in our single family ranch. Everything was as promised with good follow up before, during and after the job. I would definitely reccomend R and R for your next job. The proposal was fair for their premium service with no games just straight forward transparency from start to finish.
