I am happily sitting in cool comfort on a very hot day thanks to the mini splits installed by Smart Climate HVAC. The installers were incredibly neat, conscientious, polite and concerned about where they put up ladders in my garden to not trash my plants, as well as cleaning up meticulously every day they were working inside my house. The piping on the exterior of m house is very carefully done and looks good. I was very happy with the overall project. I happily recommend them.
Alex and his team were amazing from first contact until the final walkthrough. I reached out to 6 HVAC companies for quotes on replacing the furnace, and adding AC/Heat Pump. Of the 6, Alex was the only one that got back to me and came out in a timely manner. He sent a quote over promptly, and was very insightful in discussing the different options we could go with. The project itself was very well done and reasonably priced. He was one of the more affordable quotes we got considering the amount of work we needed done. We got a new furnace, heat pump, two mini splits, and upgraded our electric. His team was friendly and efficient. At the end of the project, Alex walked us through everything they had installed and gave maintenance tips. Really cannot recommend Smart Climate enough!
After living through a few summers in our 1933 house, we decided to invest in ACs. We called Smart Climate due to all of their great reviews. Alex walked us through different options, central vs. minisplits, and helped us decide what would work best for our house and be most economical. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. Gave us a few options, a very thorough estimate, and answered all of our questions about the system he would install. Once he had the deposit, he was at our house 1 week later, ready to install everything!!! Super fast, reliable, overall, a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend
I hired Alex to fix my HVAC heating system. We had no heat for 3 days. Alex responded to my call within a few hours and was able to come by to diagnose the problem the same day. Turned out that we needed the gas valve replaced for our heating system. Alex came by the next day to replace the part. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Even vacuumed after himself! Pricing was fair. Would hire him again!
We hired Alex and his team to install a tri zone mini split system for our bedrooms and it was a great experience. They were professional, communicative, and efficient. Great quality. Will hire again!
We hired Alex to install 2 mini splits and a great pump. Alex was great during the quote process providing us with multiple options. Alex and his team were wonderful to work with. Super professional and respectful of the house (all workers wore booties). His pricing was fair and they did an excellent job with our install. I highly recommend him and his team.
Alex and his crew did an awesome job replacing my furnace and AC. They were clean, quiet, on time, and professional. The quality of work is fantastic, a very clean installation. Little details like making sure the condenser was level (and on a base of crushed marble) along with re-routing my exhaust and intake (I didn't even have a clean air intake with the previous install) were the icing on the cake. He also made it easy to register the product and apply for rebates. Highly recommended!
I would highly recommend Alex and his team, from start to finish they were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We had central air installed at our house, and from the beginning Alex was responsive and thorough in answering all our questions. His team showed up on time every day and they left the house as clean as they found it. Overall it was a great experience, and I would use them again in the future.
Alex was awesome! Our water heater began leaking and we wanted to replace the entire boiler with a new tankless system. We booked our work with Smart Climate but the water heater finally gave out, leaving us looking at 3 weeks with no hot water. Alex came to the rescue, moved up our install date and did excellent work. He also walked us through the full Mass Save rebate program for our service. A+ job! Thank you!
Alex and his crew were phenomenal. They installed ductless mini-splits throughout my house and were the most courteous and respectful contractors I've ever worked with. They were up front and honest about all their services and answered every question I had. They left my house cleaner than when they started, literally they cleaned my dirty basement when they finished their work, I was in awe. I would highly recommend Smart Climate to anyone.

We needed to replace an old central AC unit located in our attic. In a timely manner, Alex performed an assessment, provided a thorough plan for the upcoming job, and sent us a quote. Throughout the project, he and his team proved to be flexible, respectful, and knowledgeable. Their work was neat, efficient, and high-quality. Furthermore, these professionals even managed to diagnose an issue with the electrical wiring we had and helped us resolve it. They also offered some practical advice regarding AC maintenance. The communication with Alex was always prompt and effortless. We are incredibly grateful for all their services and highly recommend this company.
Alex did an amazing job. He was able to come out next day and repaired our AC unit quickly. He saved us considerable money over another company that had looked at the unit. I've used Alex twice and would for sure hire him again!
My old furnace wasn't pushing hot air. The fan was not spinning at all. So I gave Alex a call and described the problems. Alex is a true professional at his field. Alex found the problem easily and fixed it right away. The old furnace is running strong since then. Highly recommended! Update: My other furnace was old enough to retire. So I again hired Smart Climate to replace both my old furnace and AC. When it came for choosing the right HVAC system, Alex was very patient to discuss about the system I wanted. He was willing to provide the cost on different brands and types of systems. And he would give professional recommendations on the sizes of the systems. In addition, he was willing to deal with any concerns I had. For example, my old furnace had the gas ball valve inside of it. I told Alex that I would want it to be outside of the furnace. And he kept that in mind and made the adjustment when installing the new furnace. On the day Alex came for the installation, he would kept me informed of his arrival time. And he was always on time. After he was done for the day, I found no mess anywhere he had worked at in the house! After installation, he would tell me what regular maintenance is needed to keep my system running. For example, changing the filter 2 to 3 months! The quality of work is just amazing. To be honest, by looking at the pictures he had posted online, I can already tell that he is confident at the quality of his work. It also shows that he is passionate on what he is doing! From my personal experience, I have no regret hiring Smart Climate and it is worth every penny spent!
I was very pleased with Alex and his team. We had 4 zone heat pumps installed over 4 days. His team was very professional - courteous and kind. They were very clean - placed walking sheets, wore booties indoors, cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent and Price was fair. I would highly recommend them to others.
We had an A/C unit installed in our attic (for the 2nd floor), and Alex and his team did a great job! They offered a fair price, were very attentive, and cleaned up each day. They were able to accommodate running the drain lines and conduit in an inconspicuous area of the house’s exterior, which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them!
Highly recommend Smart Climate. Had a an all new heating and hvac system installed by them recently. Alex and his assistant were very professional and super easy to work with from start to finish. We needed to replace a very old heating system. Alex came did a full inspection and discussed our options. We decided to switch from an old oil furnace to an electric heat pump. He told us it would take about 3 weeks and that's exactly how long it took. Installation went smoothly and the new system works great. Couldn't be happier.
