Very responsive. Came right out when he said he would. Was thorough. Price was reasonable. What more can you ask? Flash ahead two years. My furnace went out. I couldn't reach Pro Air. He (one man show) was out of the country. Emailed me and said he was coming back that week and that he would give me a quote on a new furnace. Never heard from him again. I followed up. No response. He fell off the edge of the planet. I'm now dealing with a new company.

Sedat has been incredibly responsive to recent issues we have had with our AC system. He has been remarkably professional, and performs exceptional work. I am especially appreciative of the time he has taken to help explain the issues we were facing and to provide clear information on the repairs needed and how to beat prevent issues in the future.
My AC broke down on a Friday night during a heat wave. The capacitor in one of the condensers failed. After calling a few local HVAC companies the next morning, I called Pro Air. They were the only ones who responded. Sebat, the owner, promised to come over about 1:00. He was right on time and most importantly had the replacement part with him. Sebat was knowledgeable and professional. As PE who was in the business years ago, I would recommend Pro Air Care.
Had an issue with my AC air handler leaking water over the weekend. Called Sedat to help. He was very responsive and came out later that day. He was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. His rates were very reasonable especially coming out on a Saturday. He took the time to answer all questions and explain what the issue and fix was. Would not hesitate to call him again and would recommend him to others!
They were so wonderful and so nice. They installed the new HVAC in my unit. They were on time, did a wonderful job. Cleaned up. They were very professional and even came on a holiday July 4th. Sedat from Pro Air Care was fantastic! About two weeks ago we asked him to come a provide a quote as we had no idea where to start with the whole mini-split process. Sedat showed up on time and walked us through what he thought we would need for the space in question. He made some measurements and got us a quote about a week later. This morning he showed up with the unit and he and his team installed the unit quickly and properly (and on a very hot day too). They were courteous, showed us how to operate the unit and walked us through everything. We will definitely use Pro Air Care again for future installs, they were amazing.

I got screwed by another HVAC guy supposed to install new ac unit. This guy was great. Only guy locally who answered the phone and text when I reached out to him every time. I bought the equipment I need. We made a date. He came on time and installed a York condenser and line set within 3 hrs. Cleaned up after themself. Was happy with the work was very happy. House is nice and cool. Will call him again for any future problems or preventive maintenance calls.
Sedat did a great job installing the mini split AC system, the house is cool and the units are almost completely silent.

Highly recommended. Friendly service, and very fair. Had our central air back up and running in no time and didn't overcharge even though he went out of his regular service zone the Friday of a holiday weekend to help us out. Can't thank you enough. I hope I don't have any more problems soon, but if I do, will definitely be calling you. Thanks again.
Sedat was absolutely wonderful to work with! Super responsive, detailed, professional, and always on time. He and Alban worked very hard and for long hours to install some mini-splits around the house. He took the time to listen to our concerns and addressed them accordingly.

We had a problem with our central air where it wasn’t cooling and right at the start of summer. Our house was sitting at 85 for multiple days so I decided to give Sedat a call. He said he was swamped that day but still managed to come by that night, outside of business hours, and he didn’t charge any emergency fees. He managed to quickly figure out our problem, got the parts ordered, and fixed the issue in no time. Really nice guy, would definitely recommend to anyone with any sort of HVAC related issues.
