The office arranged with me in person to have heating oil filled up. The Driver did good job making sure things done the way it is.
I bought a new place with antique heating system, and needed oil fast. Not only way Paylessforoil the cheapest around, but they onboarded me really quickly (through a video inspection of my boiler) and delivered oil very quickly. Definitely five stars.
Online ordering is super easy. Delivery came within 2 days. Very convenient and easy and that’s important to me.

Online system doesn't work and customer service just tells you to use a system that doesn't work. Tried to order past 3 times for fill ups and keep getting the same unhelpful woman. Just kept insisting "we're an online company." Ok, then why are they paying you to answer the phone???
