I have to change my review of HD Air because they've been unable to help me with the significant rebate that Mass Save provides when a new furnace is installed. The maximum rebate can only be had if Mass Save first verifies the existence of an old furnace. This was never made know to me by HD Air. I am entitled to a smaller rebate but again, HD Air is of no help. Is it possible HD Air received the rebate? Before hiring a company to install your furnace, be sure the rebate is discussed.
Brian and his co-worker were exceptional in all respects. The best service from any technicians that have come into my home.
Adam was right on time and very professional. He answered all of our questions, and we had many, and he was just so kind and understanding. As first time home owners there's so much we don't understand about our house. It was great having someone to patiently explain things to us. By the time he left our house was cooling nicely and we had a plan for future repairs. Thanks Adam.

Very thorough in looking over our hvac unit, he went above and beyond what I expected him to do and found some important issues that needed to be dealt with in replacing the unit and very friendly. However, I signed some paperwork today after Briam left and a sales agent came... ensuring that we get a new hvac unit through HD and after reading the reviews am wondering if I can still get more estimates from other companies as I may be getting overcharged... for a unit. My place is a challenge though so maybe hard for companies to do. So maybe good HD is doing it.
The technician, Adam, was prompt, respectful, and explained what he was doing throughout the service call. The fact that I was able to schedule same day service was also a nice surprise.
Adam, the technician, arrived on time, prepared and willing to do whatever was necessary to repair our system. He was knowledgeable, friendly and kept us informed at all times. His vehicle was stocked with all parts required for the repair. He was the epitome of a professional tradesman
Called today for an appointment to have my heating system evaluated, They set me up with Jorge for evaluation and Brandon MacPherson for the sale of a new heating unit. Both we're knowledgeable and efficient. The new unit is set up for installation in only a few days. Great financial terms. Nice deal. For the service I have received so far, i would highly recommend us9ng Hurley & David. .....more to come after the installation. The installation was completed in one day by a great team of professionals. Everything was clean after the process, the new unit was well labeled, and the trash was totally removed. Could not have asked for anything more. Great job!
We had a 26 year old AC system removed and an entire new system installed in less than a day! Old equipment was taken away and everything was cleaned up before the technicians left.
Contracted with HDAir for the first time to perform a seasonal tune up on our AC. Jorge was excellent and very knowledgeable. Great experience.
Andrew J Segarra from Hurley & David, Inc. Was very professional and excellent. He took the time to go through the system before starting the install of our 3 zone Lenoxx mini split. He discussed placement of everything for most effectiveness and aesthetics. I recieved the recommendation from a friend of this company and will definitely be referring them to anyone who has any HVAC needs.
If you want to be lied to, you picked the right company. I had a terrible experience. And I am having a terrible experience with customer service to resolve my issue as well. I was told by a technician that I had a crack in my furnace. But when I reached out for a second opinion by another company it was explained to me that it might not be a crack. Could just be lighting. And that the only way to know for sure is to open it up or test for a carbon monoxide leak. When my husband and I reached out to Hurley and David for a quote on a new furnace and expressed our concerns that it might not actually have a crack, I was promised by a man named Bill that I could come down after my new unit was installed and someone would open up my old unit to show me that there was a crack. And if there was not a crack that the new furnace was free. The new unit was installed and I have been struggling to get a whole of someone to let me see the old unit and verify the crack. So it’s possible I’m out thousands of dollars over replacing a unit that was never broken.
Brian is a very professional, knowledgeable, technician with outstanding communication skills. You are fortunate to have Brain as a employee, he is a great representative for H&D.
