Diamond Comfort was very professional. They had good communication from the estimate to the install. They arrived on time with a full crew the day of install, who were all very professional and friendly. Great service all around!!! I absolutely LOVE the Samsung mini-spouts they installed, they work amazing!!
Diamond Comfort rocks! Just got our mini splits installed last Wednesday. The install team was so helpful, answering our questions, they were also very respectful of our home and property. You could tell they all love their jobs. After putting in a full day’s work, they still took the time to make sure we’d have everything we needed to claim our whole home heating rebate through Mass Saves. Diamond did all the paperwork for us, we just had to confirm and sign! Behind the scenes before the install the office side of the team communicated clearly with us and gave us a fair estimate. All around Diamond Comfort is awesome to work with. They were recommended to me and I will happily recommend them to everyone.
Dimond comfort just updated our entire house heating/cooling system. They were excellent workers, problem solvers, reliable and honest & affordable.. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
Nice people prior to sale and installation. After that there is no follow up to insure its working properly. NO inspection after a seasons use to make sure their product opereates as it should. If you deal with Aleisha don't expect any return e mails or phone calls.

Pat and his team just finished replacing our furnace as well as added a new ductless mini-split system on our second floor in Longmeadow, MA. His crew was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were so easy to work with and I would highly recommend you consider their company. And their prices were great!!!!!!!!!
