I had 3 windows replacements today! I am amazed with the customer service from start to finish! In my book this company is AAA Rated! Robert was my installer and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, gave great attention to detail, and as kind as could be!! I WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
My job at my house was a relatively large one. They did a full weatherization and also opened up kneewall access upstairs. There were things to repair, and the company handled everything each step of the way professionally and in the end left me satisfied with the outcome. There were a few problems and minor repairs that were necessary after the original job was done. However, the company, from the owner down, handle themselves with professionalism and courtesy throughout is the reason for the five stars. I highly recommend Green Collar. Insulation is a messy business, and weatherization in general can be quite messy. There’s always the off chance that something can go wrong. Green Collar will not shrug off the responsibility, will come up with a solution, will come back and handle business every time. Great job guys. Great team effort.
Mark and Travis came out to do some work for us through Mass Save. They insulated our crawl space, the border of our basement, and our attic. Installed new door sweeps, door seals and vented our bathroom fan properly. They showed up on time and spent the whole day taking their time to finish all of the work. They cleaned up after themselves and went over the invoice with us when they were done. We are very happy with the work they did!
Devin’s crew was awesome. They were friendly and professional during our home insulation job.
Josh and Noah did excellent work. They insulated our attic and basement. They showed up on time and were very respectful of our home. They made sure to advise us of any changes or questions they had, and cleaned up when they left. Overall it was a great experience.
MassSave's best go-to Collar Green company sent Mark, Travis and Francisco last week to improve our weatherization before we replace our old boiler. They arrived at 9AM and worked tirelessly til they swept up at 4PM. We were impressed with their politeness, work ethic and knowledge. Mark walked us through every step and answered any questions thoroughly. They weatherized doors; sealed the cold spots in our basement. They completely remade our attic-access ceiling panel - a painted board - adding sealed thick insulation and added a tight seal around the opening on which the newly insulated panel now sits. We have 2 cats and to not scare/upset them, they asked if we could isolate them for a time while they ran a long tube from the truck through the house into the attic to blow more insulation and ran a low-level noisy blower. I want to thank Cecile in the office for patiently keeping us in her scheduling while we dealt with two attic issues - an old vent issue and mice. Venting fixed and with ideas from Cecile, mice are gone. She also called to remind us of our upcoming appointment day and time. We appreciate the staff at all levels for their professionalism. Thank you!
Wonderful experience with Mark, Travis, and Francisco. They showed up early, worked so efficiently, and cleaned up everything after spotless. You couldn’t even tell they had been there for hours once they left. Highly recommend!
From the very first phone call, it was a pleasure dealing with the folks at Green Collar. We found them through the Mass Save program. The team that was sent to do the insulation job--Josh, Noah, and Wilmer-- were professional throughout. The did a preview first and walked us through the job. Their work was done skillfully and in less time than we expected.They did a walk through with us when they were finished, to be sure we approved of their their work and that everything had been accomplished. We were very pleased with their work. Mass Save sent an inspector to see how the job was going and one who will return in a month to check things out again. So far, so good. Thank you Green Collar for a very positive experience and work well done. We Highly recommend them.

Mark and his team installed insulation in my attic today. They were very knowledgeable in their tasks. Explained things well. Work as a team extremely well. The house was left clean and spotless when they finished. The price as great! I would recommend this team and company to anyone needing insulation in their home!
Steven and Brandon insulated our attic space following a MassSave assessment. They did a great job - efficient, competent, knowledgeable and polite.
Green Collar improved the insulation for our 1960's home. The company sent Steven V. to oversee the project. He and the persons helping him were professional in all respects. We could not be happier with their workmanship. I highly recommend Green Collar to anyone.
Green Collar installed insulation in the attic of my home in Becket, MA. Noah and Keem were AWESOME. I work from home and they were very respectful of my time and workspace. They arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with throughout. They had amazing attention to detail esp. when cleaning up after their work, sweeping floors and spot checking for any debris left behind. Highly recommend this team - you will not be disappointed.
Green Collar team was great. They showed up with a team of 6 guys who worked all day, blowing insulation and installing energy saving features like a box they built to cover our whole house fan. They called in a contractor who arrived within an hour when they needed special expertise. They covered the rugs to keep things clean, and at the end of the day stayed late to finish the job and clean up (vacuuming and sweeping) so that we could have a clean house by the end of the day. I can't say enough about their professionalism and hard work. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!
The crew that insulated our attic was super…..on time, careful and thorough. They were nice guys…polite as well as good humored. Decided to use company to install our mini split system.
I had my house weatherized by Green Collar on 4/13/2023. Mark, Travis, Jake, Brandon and Fransisco were professional, thorough, knowledgable, and personable. They answered all my questions, made sure to keep things as clean as possible while they were working, and the fact that they were kind to and cautious of my 3 year old was a plus! I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done by them and will defiantly recommend them to all my family and friends.
We worked with Mark and Travis from the South Hadley team and they were professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. They explained all the weatherization work, answered all of our questions, and were very efficient, hard working and neat. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Green Collar.

I work from home and I have 3 month old daughter. Mark, Travis, Brandon, and Keem were very respectful of my space and were quiet around my daughter while they were working.
