Great service
Best place ever.
Our Fujitsu HVAC Mini-splits were having some issues and throwing an error sign. I contacted ECCO and they were here the next day to check things out. The problem was quickly diagnosed and all the options laid out to me to decide from. They ordered the part that day and came back and installed immediately once it was in stock, less than a week later. It was an overall tremendous experience and would recommend ECCO to anyone having HVAC issues. I will be using them going forward!
Amazing experience with Steve, he came on time and was very thorough. He Identified issues which required attention for my heating system.
They told me I needed a new boiler that would of costed me thousands. I a trusted friend come over and he cleaned it out that's all that needed to be done echo HVAC was just to fat and lazy to do his job. Just needed a cleaning . And I'm a disabled veteran so he left me with no heat in 20 degree weather and was fine with it . Disgusting.
Arrived on time and even had an app to let you know when they would arrive
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS. The guy who came out thought he knew what the problem was. I told him someone had already been out to look at it and I was just getting a second opinion. He assured me that he could fix it for 500. Sure enough a week later the freon he said I need leaked out and the problem returned. Luckily the first company came back and fixed ECCO's sloppy work. I reccomend you find a more trustworthy company to do your HVAC work.
A very good experience. From the phone call which was very friendly to the technician who came out by the name of steve who was excellent .After telling us the problem he corrected it the first time and did it right.
Excellent customer service. Timely and professional. Had our AC up and running in no time. Thanks for the great service Steve!
If I could 0 stars I would, you call several times leave several messages. When you finally reach someone they barely want to talk let alone answer your questions. We had to physically drive there to have someone “Jim” just to take a look and do nothing. So my kids have been in the cold for the past month. Look else where
This company is to me a 5 star company and has a quick response time shows up right on time and are very professional and quick. They get the job done right the first time ! And are always communicating with the technitions so when your confirming a appointment they know the answer right then . I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service to their heating system. Thank you ECCO
If common practice is not responding to voice messages/txts and the like to correct a botched job, these are the guys for you.
Only two reviews? And already giving them 5 stars? Really.my experience with them was horrible first then person they sent over was on total mute.we told him it might be the thermostat.Nothing..didnt even acknowledged us just went straight to the heating system.when he started looking into our heating system we asked him what do you think the problem was?he said NOTHING. Then charged us $150? For what? Just for a trip down. And didn't even fix the problem. We went with another company and we explained and he Listen to us and he actually Acknowledged Us.and did a Awesome job. So for those two reviews giving them 5 stars 👎if there was a half star in would have giving them that.
Very professional and the whole staff was a pleasure to work with. No stress, no fuss. As you can see they don't have many reviews and I don't do reviews much myself either but felt compelled to write after their repairs eased my fiance's natural worryness. Will have them come back and perform the standard maintenance and I do reccomend to all in need of hvac repairs. Thank you Ecco job well done
Columbia Gas sent numerous people out to service my heating and no one fixed it. This company came out and within 30 minutes it was running like a charm. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!!
