Worst experience ever, quoted me by the hour sent two guys to remove 3 old faucets then install three new faucets charge me almost a thousand dollars. Called to complain fell on deaf ears. Never again
Only company that actually answered the phone on a Friday afternoon. showed up promptly, very polite and also spoke Portuguese.

Stefanos and Sergio arrived on time. They were efficient, and did a great job. They wore masks, and left the place as clean as they found it. I will use them again.
Do not use this company they will give you the run around for days. They will send someone out to diagnose an issue to be repaired and not tell you that there is a $250 charge. The guy came an hour late, after getting a phone call that they wouldn’t be coming at all and then they say oops wrong number he’s coming. Then the guy shows up and tells us he can fix it, then calls his boss and his boss tells him to leave and we will have to wait. And they think it’s okay to charge $250 for that without previously discussing it. We called for days asking for a quote on the job that they wouldn’t give us. We told them we needed this done on a Tuesday or Wednesday and they set up something with the town to shut off our water on Thursday without even discussing it with us. They are beyond unprofessional and unreliable. I’m absolutely baffled that they think it’s okay to drag people along the way they did to us and then try to screw us over. We will never use their services again.

This company has been my go-to plumbers for years. I have a very old home and it is tough to work in this old house. Steve & company have gone out of their way for me, not only fixing my immediate need but often going beyond, and advising me on potential problems up coming. They do everything they can to not only fix the leaks, but make sure they don't have to come back tomorrow. Very satisfied.
I would not recommend this company... The guys who came to my house were great, very polite, but the people who run this company are awful. I had burst pipes, and men that came to our house to fix this 4 days in a row. We received the bill and noticed that the hours they charged us were off from the hours that we recorded men being there. I called in to ask about this and spoke to the lady that answers the phone for this company and she was incredibly rude. She advised me that as clients, we are responsible for the men’s travel fees...mind you we live less than a minute from the office! Nothing was adding up and nobody was willing to help us rectify anything. We will not be paying the amount that we were falsely charged for. Not to mention, we had also called mid-week to get a price of what we were at for a price so far and we received a huge attitude then as well. Horrible way to run business and extremely unpleasant to speak to.
