Lawrence Air Systems Inc

I’ve used Lawrence Air Systems for years and they have always been highly professional, knowledgeable and incredibly personable people. Two years ago my refrigerator ice machine leaked into my AC vents and could potentially have caused severe problems with mold. They came almost instantly, checked it out, found the cause and came back after it was repaired to be sure no mold was growing. I am a Lawrence Air super fan!!! Addendum: 5/30/23 Unfortunately, our neighbors had a very negative experience with Lawrence Air. Our neighbors lost their AC in the middle of a heat wave last summer. The technician came in a timely manner and quickly resolve the problem by replacing a part. When the time came to pay, the cost was $400 for the visit, which was reasonable given the holiday weekend, but they were charged $400 for the small part that was in the truck already. Our neighbor looked up the cost of the part online and it was $50. That kind of price gouging is unacceptable to me. As much as I, admire this company, I hope that they will rethink their practices and remember that in this time of inflation, we are all struggling to pay our bills. I have decided to stop using Lawrence Air.

Can't say enough good things about these folks. From evaluation to measurement to install, they were reliable, creative, upfront, competent, and cheerful on my retrofit of an older home job. Lucien and Arlindo did most of the actual installation and they were superb, even when facing challenges (and we had some). Highly recommend.

My experience was excellent. Brandon who repaired my boiler was very professional and personable. Brandon let me know what he was doing. Rachel the coordinator was professional and very nice setting up the appointment and communicating with me about everything that was going on. I don't know a lot about pricing with these matters, but I didn't feel at all that I was overcharged. I enjoyed doing business with this company, I trust them and i recommend them. We switched to Lawrence Air last year. Their technician, Brian, did such amazing job last year that we requested him again this year. I highly recommend Lawrence.

Our technician, Mike was great. He was very professional and personable and explained very well how our system was operating.

We woke up this morning to no heat nor hot water (our systems are tied together via a hydrothermal system) and Lawrence was prompt and responsive in getting our system going again. A truly well run, professional and thoughtful business.

The problem was fixed within half an hour. Tech showed up on time. Response time was really quick for our issue. Really a wonderful company.

Excellent service. Joseph, the service technician, thoroughly answered all my questions. He also volunteered lots of good information on how to take good care of my cooling system.

On Monday & Tuesday Jose’ & Nick installed a Trane furnace in the basement. On Friday Nick & John installed a Trane AC Condenser outside. On Friday David dropped by in the afternoon to review the project and answered my several questions. All involved were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked hard to bring the project to a successful conclusion. I appreciate the team approach. In the case of our installation, however, there was a brief delay due to a communication failure. The guys are very sharp and we’ll-trained, so within a day the problem was solved. Bottom line, they did a great job with a big, complicated installation.
