Best of the best, professional and on time.
We called New England Air Hvac a few weeks ago and they were quick with response. Rodrigo the technician was very nice and professional, and thoroughly explained to us what he would be doing and why, and although it was an expensive repair, we understood why and were satisfied with his knowledge and skills. Would recommed New England Air Hvac and Rodrigo in the future.
New England Air Hvac did an emergency repair on my central AC. They came quickly and got me back up running! They checked the unit. Good communication and timeliness. Guy came and did a great job.
I recently called New England Air Hvac to replace my furnace and air conditioning system. Let me start by saying I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. Juan from New England Air Hvac came to check a leak from the AC unit. The unit is in a badly reachable and very tight place, and he had to squeeze in and work in a very uncomfortable position. He did that with a smile, very thoroughly, taking all the time needed despite the uncomfortable position he had to work on. He took a lot of care in checking the problem, fixing it, and verifying the fix. During the process he explained to me everything he was doing and why, and what steps can be taken to avoid the problem in the future. Also, New England Air Hvac was contacted in the morning and by noon they had Juan at my place, which is a quick response time. Definitely happy and considering to call them again in the future for every AC need.
It was a great experience working with New England Air Hvac. They did an awesome job at my home. We have a big old house without ductwork and no A/C and they give me the idea to install a heat pump ductless system. We install it in the whole house. Now each room has the Heat and A/C system and can be controlled by zones. We love the system. It’s so quiet and comfortable. Thank you New England Air Hvac for the excellent job
