The company was very responsive to my call and was able to quickly schedule a time and provide same day service within their specified window. The technician was very professional and explained what he would do.
The service person was very nice, but he was an air conditioning person. My problem is an air exchanger or he called it a fresh air system. He could not fix the problem.
Rudy is an expert in his field of work. He was polite, clean and very knowledgeable.

The company's employees are professional, courtesy and reliable. Three years ago, Cooling Unlimited installed a new A/C and Forced Hot Air System in my condo. Two other condo residents chose this company as well. I was pleased with the installation. Today, Kevin came to clean the coils in the A/C system. Both times and whenever I call the office, the employees are courtesy and helpful.

Rudy was very professional, and answered all questions. He went above and beyond explaining how the air conditioning works regarding the valves and switches. What to do in case of an emergency.
We had an emergency with AC and they came in early to fix it I would highly recommend them
Condenser fan stopped running in my A/C unit - made an appointment online and had a technician at the house in 2 days. A 30min fix for a fan capacitor replacement and good to go. Kevin was responsive, polite and professional and got us cooling again.

Someone came out to inspect our central AC and noticed our ductwork had a hole in it. Said someone would be out for an estimate 4 weeks ago. After 5 calls to them, I’m giving up. They showed no concern for my issue and at this point, I’m no longer going to be relying on them.
Cooling Unlimited was great to work with. Very professional, good communications, careful and tidy. The crew (which worked at our place for 5 days) was very considerate, and always kept us posted about what they did each day and what to expect for the next. The price was somewhat lower than another bid we got, but the quality and equipment seems really good. Definitely recommend them!
Wonderful experience! Called for an appointment and had one within days - not months! Technician was on time and well within service window. Discovered a crack and immediately brought it to our attention and fixed it on site. Saved us from significant damage in the attic and our ceilings. Will use them again for sure!
