Cannot say enough positive things about Gary and Matley Plumbing. They installed a tankless hot water system for us ~2 years ago and were knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. Prices were very reasonable, too. Today we had an issue with our unit for the first time (no fault of Matley) and Gary came out within a few hours and repaired it with ease!
We closed on our house a week ago, and ended up with a leak the day after Thanksgiving. They came within an hour, immediately knew how to fix the issue, and were fairly priced. Our issue was resolved quickly, and they gave us some great advice as new homeowners. We will be return customers!
Professional, on time ( a rarity these days ) great customer experience. They did what they said they would quickly and efficiently. The technician was very personable. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.
I just had some plumbing work done through Matley plumbing and heating. The exceptional customer service provided to me by Kim made it so that my plumbing was taken care of properly and within a timely manner. I would highly recommend Matley plumbing and heating to anyone that needed work done right the first time!
Customer service was great, very friendly. The leak was fixed in a timely manner. Didn’t break the bank which is nice to find nowadays. I would say excellent plumber, definitely will use again!
I called for an appointment, they came the next day in a snowstorm and promptly found the leak in my ceiling and fixed it within 2 hours. Very happy with the service!

Called to schedule service for my furnace after looking at reviews and their website. They specifically say they service ALL types of furnaces, both commercial and residential. Called and scheduled a week in advance. 1 day before appt, Matley called me to cancel saying they only do "repair work" and not service tune-ups or "maintenance" on oil-fired furnaces. ?? The website says "ALL types" and that they do both "maintenance" and "repair" - they should know what services they perform and they shouldn't advertise or set appointments for services they don't do.
I just bought a beautiful hot tub from Matley. Susan Vasapoli was super helpful as was Gary McQuaide. Very knowledgable and professional. I was lucky enough to buy the last floor model, and it was delivered a few days later - today! I highly recommend this company, you are in good hands with people who are super nice and excellent at what they do.
After my tenants water heater let go, Matley came out immediately and put in her new water heater. While they were here they noticed the pressure relief valve was corroded on my water heater. Instead of trying to upsell me a new water heater for me, they were able to change out the part and saved me hundreds of dollars!! I highly recommend this company.
Did an awesome job on my neighbor's furnace, as well as remediating a noise issue with drainage. Couldn't reccomend more!
Made an appointment, no call no show. Edit: Due to a miscommunication in scheduling my appointment was overlooked. I spoke with Gary who was able to immediately come out and resolve my plumbing situatuon. Gary completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will call again in the future if I should need a plumber.

Accolades to these people! I trust them without hesitation, have used them for many years...I will call no other. The do excellent work, are very professional, super accommodating, fair and reasonable. The value their customers they have worked with me to resolve problems. Our water heater sprung a leak a couple of days ago, on a Thursday afternoon. After a few calls to other plumbers in the area who were not able to come look at the heater until the next morning, Gary McQuaide came to look at the heater at 8:30 p.m. that night and determined that it needed replacing. Two of his people came at 10:30 on Friday morning and installed the new heater, but found that a replacement part needed to be ordered to get the ignition switch to work. Rather than have us wait until Monday to have the part installed, Mr. McQuaide came by on Friday afternoon and promptly fixed the problem. He also pointed out a couple of other maintenance issues in the house that would eventually need to be addressed, and he reiterated the importance of having working carbon monoxide detectors in the house at this time of year and checked to make sure that we had them on each floor. He was patient, friendly, and helpful, and thanks to him, our hot water will be working through this weekend of snow and freezing rain and beyond. Thank you, Gary!
I called Matley Plumbing with a difficult plumbing situation and they were wonderful from beginning to end! Mr. Gary McQuaide came quickly and resolved the issues as soon as possible. I appreciated their excellent customer service, quick response and fine work. Highly, highly recommend!
