We needed to replace our old oil furnace and looked into a number of different options, but decided to use the rebates and 0% loans offered to get a heat pump installed. After getting six different quotes across the choices, we went with Mike through Local Heating and Cooling. He listened to our ideas and worked with us to get the best system for our home. He was efficient without rushing and provided high quality work. He showed up when he said he would, navigated shipping delays, and left a clean worksite each day. We've already recommended him to two people considering shifting to heat pumps for their homes. He was a pleasure to work with... and we have electric heat and AC now!

My wife and I can’t say enough about Mike’s professionalism. Had a circuit board blow in my condenser. Not only did Mike communicate directly with Panasonic to validate warranty coverage, he made additional phone calls to find me the part needed - in the middle of summer no less. (Not a part of his traditional service offerings, but I want to make mention that he also helped my wife get rid of a house mouse while I was at work. No lie). Great communication. Timely service. Excellent follow up. Highest recommendation. Thanks Mike!
Local Heating & Cooling exceeded all our expectations. Mike looked at the job one day, had a quote for us that night, started the job 3 days later and the work was completed in no time. He was efficient, effective and professional. He knew exactly what we needed and where the units needed to go in order to provide us with the best results. He's very knowledgeable about the Panasonic units and was able to provide us with a 12 year warranty due to the extensive training he went thru to get certified by Panasonic. Others who sell/install the Panasonic units but aren't certified can't provide that type of warranty. I would and intend to recommend Local Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs installation or repair on their AC units. Thanks again Mike, these AC units are a blessing 🥶
Michael in short is the man. He went above and beyond to fix our air conditioning issues. Between the phone calls he made to multiple people to chase parts down and several visits replacing them. He saved us thousands. I cannot thank him enough.
Mike was great. I told him what was going on with the AC unit and he knew exactly what was wrong. Very reasonable cost . I am definitely going to contact him again and would recommend him to friends and neighbors.
Outstanding service! This was my first time using Local Heating and Cooling. Mike was knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and timely. My air ducts were replaced in record time and he left my attic cleaner than when he arrived. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. The service was so superb that I will continue to use Local Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs going forward.
