So happy I found this company. Everyone from the people who answer the phone, the sales people, the installers and to Peter who came out to make sure my AC was ready to go this summer! They all make my day quite bearable!
David and Joel were very friendly and personable. Joel clearly explained everything to me and gave me options on how I could proceed with having the work done. They both answered my questions and explained what was happening as they troubleshot the program. In the end, they got the job done! It was also a learning lesson for my husband and I (flushable wipes doesn't mean biodegradable). They cleaned up the mess and even took the drain blockage "goop" with them. Thanks a bunch guys! I'll be sure to call again if I have a plumbing/drainage problem.
The team installed a new furnace and performed tremendously. They ran into a few issues with the existing system which were not installed correctly. But they worked through them all and completed the job. It was a huge effort which they do with a smile. Hats off to Chris and the other team members.
Blue Bear has helped us a couple times with plumbing in our home, both times the licensed technicians have been respectful, understanding, kind, and extremely professional/knowledgeable!! I recommend this company 100%!!! Thanks for the hard work and dedication!
So far the initial assessment phase of our project has gone very well. Really appreciate the timeliness and professionalism. Jack O. was courteous, professional and happy to answer our questions. Looking forward to next steps and getting these projects off our to-do list. Quite satisfied so far.
We had Blue Bear come to our house to fix a flange for our toilet. The tech told me it will cost 1,261. I said no way. we got another plumber and cost 325. Highway robbery. I do not recommend this company!
Peter came out to do a maintenance on our central air. Great guy. He knew so much and was very clear in how he explained things. I think he did a great job. No surprises. I would definitely call Blue Bear again and hopefully Peter K will come again!
Blue Bear provided world class service and performed the Maintenance to our AC to our complete satisfaction. Booking an appointment was easy. Confirmation of the appointment as well as the notification of the technician’s dispatch time was much appreciated. Peter arrived easily within the anticipated time frame. After reviewing the job to be done, he was clear on what the costs would be and how long the work would take. Maintenance work went smoothly. When Peter left, the work areas were neat and everything back in its place Additionally, Peter provided proposals and costs for further actions we might take to protect our AC unit, and minimize the possibility of mold appearing inside the BTU head fans in our units. Punctuality, transparency in costs, professionalism, proactivity and politeness are strong points that make Blue Bear an excellent choice for plumbing and HVAC needs.
Matt was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made sure I understood every step he took. I would highly recommend Blue Bear.
Exceptional service Chris kiley was wonderful Conscientious and caring young man Excellent at his job We are lucky to have competent plumbers nearby!!!!! So lucky to have competent people! Justin came out and fixed an air filter problem the very next day Prompt service!
Michael came out to do maintenance on our mini split. He was on time, professional and friendly. Up front pricing. He explained everything he did and provided additional recommendations without any pressure. I would definitely recommend Blue Bear and will be using them again in the future.
Michael fully explained all that was done and found a small leak that I was not aware of. He was patient with my questions and made sure I understood everything. Excellent hire for Blue Bear!
Our technician (Michael) was courteous and worked to help to resolve the issue in the most cost effective and efficient way.
We had an unexpected issue with our AC not related to previous service. Came as soon as possible to fix the problem with the compressor unit outside. Pleased with the service from Blue Bear and the Technician.

Josh was great did what he said he would. But not happy about the extra charge not being applied to the service so will think twice before calling again. Price is a little rich for replacing a kitchen drain.

Going to have to start adding dates to these reviews haha. I can't stop raving about the great service my family receives from Blue Bear Home Services. This time around it was Paul Anesti Jr. from beginning to end making my family and I feel informed and confident in our choice to replace our Central A/C units. I must have called/texted/emailed him 50,000 times, and every single time he received my call, I was met with kindness and reassurance. The technicians on the job were great too. They were thorough and efficient. At the end of it, Ben Fee made sure I understood the system and answered any remaining questions I had for the system. I hope this help's whoever is reading this. ----------- We had a leak in our bathroom, Clay and Frank D. very politely presented us our options and executed our choice efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. ----------- Have to give a shoutout to the on-call staff, they are amazing, a special shoutout Becky for her help through the new boiler process. The installation went great, Todd, Frank C., Jollie and the rest of the crew did an awesome job. ------------- New house, new leak, same great service. Scott V. was very quick and professional, I appreciated his knowledge on the subject matter and his ability to make it easy for me to understand.
I had a leak in ac pipe. Called a number of places and they responded quickly. Kept you informed through process.
