These folks are responsive and smart. I am so grateful that they were able to get us a new hot water heater on a whole new system fast when our heating system's life ended. This has given us time to investigate our options for the heating system this summer which we needed. Gary has been amazing at advising and making a careful assessment for our estimate.
We choose Wilson to perform maintenance on our furnace every year. They do a great job and will keep choosing them as long as we need the upkeep
I was drawn to Wilson Services because of the impeccable reviews and I was not disappointed. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, professional, patient, and infinitely skilled. One of the electricians who worked with him on our installation (of a mini split and heat-pump water heater) said it best: “I can tell from a distance work that is not done by Wilson Services. Their attention to detail is incredible.” No shortcuts, no high-pressure sales pitch. I recommended them without hesitation.
Wilson Services recently came out to give us a quote on a new heating cooling system in our home. I really like that Gary Wilson (the company owner) actually comes out and does the quotes himself. He is very knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed quote with tons of additional information so we could make an informed decision. Although we did not end up moving forward with the project (for reasons outside of Gary’s control) I would not hesitate to recommend Wilson Services or use them in the future. I work in the industry and can tell you they are the real deal, true professionals.
After struggling to get HVAC contractors to ever get back to me dealing with Gary was a breath of fresh air. We had him replace our old dead furnace along with installing a central heatpump and zoning system in March 2022. We've been very satisfied with the system and the quality of the install is a big step up from what the home came with.
Teamwork and excellence at its best! Wilson Services provided us with a major installation at our home. I will summarize the experience: efficient, thorough, professional. I can't say enough about the team. As Bob put it, "we treat your home the way we want ours treated." They all proved this to be true and we couldn't be happier. Dimitri and Bob were a pleasure to work with; diligent, and professional with excellent customer service skills. Gary took the time to answer all our questions before we made a decision on what route to go and he goes the extra mile onsite. He and his team display an obvious attention to high quality and he was the last to leave, answering all our final questions and ensuring we were all set with our new system. I am so grateful to have found Wilson Services. Initially we contacted them for general maintenance - shout out to Jason and Carine for all they do. Thank you, Gary and the entire team at Wilsons, for being there for me when I encountered a defect with my hot water tank 4 years after the installation. These things are always so unexpected and stressful to deal with. Particularly for the installer who worked so hard initially to meet the clients’ needs. You and your team were stellar in identifying the issue and quickly locating the replacement tank and getting it installed. In these days of labor and supply shortages you went above and beyond to get the hot water tank replaced.
Gary and his team did a great job installing a heat pump for us. His price was good, he knew how to work with Mass Save to get us a hefty rebate, they were on-time, friendly, smart, efficient, and just generally went about their business like true professionals---the best you could want.
We were investigating the possibility of replacing our oil furnace with a heat pump system for cooling and heating. Mr Wilson, though extremely busy, visited our home, took photos and measurements, discussed the various issue with us and sent us a well considered proposal in a few days. He answered all our questions thoughtfully and frankly. Although we decided to postpone the installation, Mr. Wilson's knowledge, care, and prompt communication gave us confidence that he would be a good choice to do the job when we are ready.
Very pleased with the service and installation - Gary did a superb job of meeting with us and finding the best solutions to what could best be described as a challenging environment; several options were offered, with positives and negatives well covered. Once decided upon, the job started promptly - workers were efficient and focused, job was completed quickly and without fuss or mess. Gary and his crew have installed both a mini-split and central heat pump that do heating and cooling. They helped us chose the right system and timing of the installation. All the work happened on schedule and the crew was very professional. They are also responsive on service issues. Highly recommend Wilson Services.
Gary and his team are true professionals. His team performed our installation 3 years ago now and he was reasonably priced, very responsive, listened to what we were interested in and customized a plan for installing heat pumps that worked for our needs. Since then we've had to call for service two times and again he and his team were on top of it. They came out quickly to repair and everyone I've met on his team has been great. If you live in the area, Wilson Services is definitely the best around.
I contacted Gary about replacing our aging high efficiency boiler that was reaching the end of its useful like. Gary and the team at Wilson are true professionals - they are extremely knowledge and responsive. I wish I had found them sooner. Their pricing was extremely competitive and significantly less than the vendor I had been using for maintenance. I would highly recommend Wilson Services for all of you Heating and Air Conditioning needs.
The folks at Wilson's went the extra mile, helping me apply for and receive a substantial rebate on the mini-splits they installed. My builder never mentioned the rebate so I am grateful to Gary for letting me know about it and to Carine for helping me with the application and LOTS of follow-up. When the rebate check arrived, I shouted with joy. Very happy customer!

Gary and his team of highly professional workers were such a pleasure to experience! When I enquired about the time frame to install a mini-split, others told me 2 to 3 weeks…Gary said “How is tomorrow?” Wow. And the job was finished in one day, with wonderful results. Other contractors suggested an unattractive complicated route for the slim duct; Gary found a clever, direct route. Clearly he is a person who thinks about the details of a job, and follows through with great results.

The owner, Gary, is incredibly fast and clear in his communication. He emailed me in the evening and early in the morning to pre-diagnose the problem I had with my central AC unit. He gave me suggestions on possible issues and after a few emails he was able to tell me how to fix the problem. It worked! Nobody needed to come to my house for a repair, and he provided his advice for free. Gary's integrity and customer service is amazing.
Gary arrived on a freezing cold February day--just minutes after I called for help. He had a new furnace working for us 24 hours later. He was friendly, responsive and amazingly helpful. I will certainly call on him again!
Wilson Services Inc. came and saved my home from having no heat in 30 degree weather. Here was the situation: I have a different heating service company for my oil furnace/Boiler system and i called them to come and repair one of my zone valves that was not working properly. They came and replaced the zone vale and said I'm all set the heat is working. WELL on that note they some how managed to botch their own repair efforts, because after they left the heat stopped working. I called them the next morning and they came back said a wire was lose. Your all set now. Wrong again! I called them back and they said that it's not the boiler and advised me to call the company who installed the Mitsubishi Mini Splits, because the Mitsubishi Kumo mini splits wiring runs parallel with the original heat wires and i guess their tech couldn't figure out the problem that they caused when repairing the zone valve. Wilson Services Inc. was the one who we choose to install the Mitsubishi Mini Splits and Kumo control back in the fall of 2019 through the MASS SAVE program. We have had NO ISSUES with the mini splits. Gary and his service man were essentially great and respectful of my home and Business at that time of service! So i took the oil company's advice and called Gary at Wilson Service Inc and explained to him what was happening with the other company and Gary was right over in about half hour to check out the situation. When Gary was here he found out that the other company had a wire glitch(a low voltage wiring) and fixed it. Not his job, But helped out his customer. My home now has heat again!
