Highest recommendation. From the moment Tom and Josiah arrived, I was impressed. They were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. What set them apart, however, was their persistence and commitment to identifying the root cause of our central AC problems. They meticulously inspected the unit, explaining each step in a way that was easy for a non-expert like me to understand. They quickly identified the cause of a shorting circuit, replaced the parts, and repaired a cracked drain unit. They noted that the original installation never included connectivity of the leak detection that when connected, shuts of the unit to prevent a flood. They connected that to prevent any potential water leak problems.
We have used Messina Heating and Cooling several times and are super impressed with both Tom and Josiah. They are attentive, very knowledgeable, come prepared, are on time and clean up fully when finished. They are a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them.
