Decided on having mini split heating and air conditioning installed in my residence. Maxwell showed up prompt on all days, didn't mind me watching the installation just so I knew what was going on. He also kept me in the loop of the progress day by day. The other technicians involved in the later stages we're also prompt and efficient in what they do. Professionalism showing you how to utilize it. They are up and running, I am enjoying nice clean air. I actually believe I'm sleeping better because of cleaner air. Thank you N.E.T.R. A follow-up was requested when a unit appeared to be colder than I felt it should have been. Being totally unfamiliar with the mini split systems, the explanation made sense to me, but still kind of wondering about the validity of it.

Mike repaired a refrigerant leak using the most professional method- brazing, rather than the easy but short lived "O" ring fittings. The joint was in a very tough spot. I had a pipe installed by NETR in my attic that recently broke. They charged me $399.00 for an emergency call between 5 pm and 7 pm, but they actually showed up during regular business hours and still charged me the full amount. As a result of the broken pipe, water stains appeared on my bedroom ceiling. The repair person assured me that I would receive a phone call to discuss the issue, but instead, I received a brief email stating that NETR is not responsible for the pipe they installed. This experience has led me to warn others to be cautious when dealing with NETR. While I understand the need to clarify the situation, I find it misleading when NETR states that "PVC pipe doesn't suddenly crack after two years" as a blanket statement. In reality, there are various factors that can cause a PVC pipe to crack, such as improper adhesive use at a joint, vibrations leading to cracks, installation at an angle, insufficient support, and water hammering. Additionally, PVC pipes stored outdoors under sunlight can experience a loss of molecular integrity over time. Therefore, it is possible for a PVC pipe to suddenly crack, even after two years. By implying that I had something to do with the pipe's failure, NETR is casting unwarranted blame on me, which is not the case. I urge anyone reading this to carefully consider NETR's response before engaging in any business dealings with them.

Things happen at the least convenient time. My AC unit wasn’t cooling the house. Called NETR and the said they could be here between 10-12. Actually arrived earlier. The worker was professional and caring. He checked out a few things and finally found the problem. Got it fixed and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend this company. Jordan did a great job.

UPDATE: technician arrived with new board, and got our system going. Thank you, NETR. Great experience with installation but…the mini splits don’t work! After no response from service office our salesman Chip got service to us but the compressor needs a new board. Sounds like Maybe Another week to get our brand new system working? I had to call to get that info, so not thrilled so far.
