My experience shopping at Simon Supply on Mt Pleasant Street New Bedford MA was absolutely excellent. A great selection of high quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures and accessories. That I expected based on the referral of the plumber, Randy Oliveira and his assistant, Matthew Vargas, who’s work was superb. Denise Bouchard at the showroom was outstanding! She was so knowledgeable of the products and accommodating beyond description. Professionalism at its best _ proficiency and attention to detail not only of the showroom products but of her willingness to research and find exactly the right products for my project. Denise is exceptional, I could not be more pleased! Thank YOU, Denise 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
June/15/2021 I was actually inquiring about employment with this company. Clearly i doged a bullet here. Fred is whom i spoke with briefly. Before he hung up on we talked about my diploma vs. A GED. I keep going over the conversation we had in my head and i cannot for the life of me think of where i may of offended him or said something that might have aggravated him. W.e the case he was wikid rude. Pist me off and hereci am leaving a review like karen lol

Although everyone in your showroom has been very helpful, Denise goes above and beyond as she listens to our needs and always comes up with the perfect solution. Denise is very knowledgeable with the products that you offer and is always extremely courteous as we can tell she really loves her profession. We have recommended Denise Bouchard to my family and friends in the New England area and will continue to do so. Thank you for all your help throughout the years Denise. Denise Bouchard out of the New Bedford location of Simon Supply has done an outstanding job of assisting us with our bathroom remodel. She has helped us every step of the way. We were assisted in so many ways, she provided spec sheets and advice along the way. Denise advised us on delivery and products. We appreciate her service in regards to any problems we encountered. Made an appointment to look at tubs. Walked in spoke to Denise Bouchard who was probably the rudest sales rep we have ever met. Told her what we were looking for and she showed us 2 different tubs no explanation of each tub walked away went to her computer started looking up tubs online. Told us the specs we had were not right gave us her card and told us to find a tub and call her for information. Why would anyone waste their time going into this show room to be treated so disrespectful. As another customer walked in and out I asked them how they were treated they too shared the same concerns about Denise but said the products are good. I will go else where where someone takes the time to work with customers. I would never recommend this place
