This is a great company, with loyal and well spoken office people.
Had all my kitchen and bathroom faucets and tub/shower fixtures replaced as well as outdoor taps replaced. From the initial estimate to the install these people were fantastic!! The office staff was top notch and the install guys were the best!! They were polite and professional could not have asked for better service .
Don't bother. Expensive and a total hassle to deal with. Not the guys doing the actual work who are solid. Just an owner who doesn't value the importance of providing a good customer experience.
