I invited three companies to provide proposals for air conditioning my home. All Temp gave me three options; all of them beat the competitors. The last option included a heat pump, but also included a MassSave rebate, which would be only about $1,000 increase over air conditioning alone. To qualify my existing oil heat would be integrated into the new system. After accepting their quote we scheduled an installed date and the crew came prepared to work as scheduled. They spent a week installing duct work and the system. The owner guided me through the rebate process, provided the necessary documentation, and I have received the rebate he proposed. The system provides uniform heating and cooling throughout the entire house for much less than the min-split systems the other two competitors proposed.

Have used All Temp several times for my furnace repair and my central ac system. Employees are always courteous and perform great work. They made a simple fix to my ac drain and could have told me it was something else much more expensive and I would have never know but they were honest and it was much appreciated. As a bonus the bill is never as much as I expected. Great company and will continue to use.
I hired All Temp to replace an old existing central AC system with a new Heat Pump/AC unit. Not only did Bob give the best quote for the job, he took the time to answer questions and modify the install based on my input. His crew showed up on time and did a great job removing all the old equipment and duct work and installing all the new hardware and wiring. They were hard working, courteous and professional and cleaned the house everyday before they left after a full days work. Ryan and Matt were exceptional and took the time to go over the new system and how to use the new thermostats that were installed. They made sure all my questions were answered before leaving on the last day after the install was completed, tested and adjusted for the best performance. Great company and people to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Heating and Cooling company.
Like most people I'm quick on the draw if I'm not satisfied or if I was shown little respect by a service company. And I'm tardy to praise people who did a good job. For this I apologize. Last January my 15 year old gas heater just quit. I was quoted a price to fix it and because of its age and the ability to get parts on a timely basis, I was quoted a price on a new unit. I chose the new unit. January is one of the worst months for a heater to go. Within a day after making my decision, Bob had his team here and by later that afternoon, I had heat again. I did check around and Bob did not take advantage of my situation and charge an unfair price. The installers and plumber were quick, professional and neat. All was cleaned up before they left. Even though my old unit was very efficient it had lost a lot of its efficiency. The new boiler uses a lot less gas. It lessened the hit of the new higher gas prices. This isn't the end of the saga. I had my splits serviced in the spring. All Temp installed one new one a couple of years ago and that is fine, but I had a 12 year old Fujitsu that was low on gas. Again I was quoted a price to fill the old one with gas and hoped it wasn't a leak that couldn't be fixed ( the last Fujitsu did have a leak that couldn't be fixed) or replace the old unit. Again everything went fine. Couldn't be better. All Temp's installers are great. Their service techs are too. So if you are looking for a company to replace your current service techs, you would do well to consider this one. A++ guys! And I was much quicker on the second review.

I was very satisfied with my experience with All-Temp. They installed a mini-split system in my house, rerouted some ductwork to improve efficiency in my central AC, and did the yearly maintenance on the AC while they were here. I did a good deal of research before hand, and found their pricing to be competitive. Most importantly, they really knew their stuff, came when they said they would, and were professional, flexible, informative, and courteous throughout. Good local company.

All-Temp installed a fully ducted Central AC/heat pump system. I had reached out to other companies and my original plan was to have 2 systems - mini splits on the 1st floor and a ducted system on the 2nd floor. My reluctance to go with the one system was because I didn’t want to lose closet space by running the ducting through the closets. After All Temp came out to look Bob explained my options and recommended the one system rather than mini-splits and ducted. He assured me that the closet space would not be an issue, he was confident in his crew and said the ducts in the closet wouldn’t be an issue. He was right, the closet space I lost was minimal and his advice was dead on. The one unit has worked out great for me. It would have been easy for Bob to tell me to go with mini splits instead of fully ducted, it’s less work for a comparable amount of money but he recommended what he thought was my best option. All Temp’s price was very competitive and the best I found for the work being done. They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and didn’t cut corners. Bob followed-up to be sure I was completely happy with the work. He also helped through the Mass Save process which made what could have been a hassle, an incredibly easy process. I didn’t have to think, he just kept telling me exactly what had to be done to satisfy Mass Save. A tip, do your homework on this, you can only get the Mass Save perks from companies that are registered with Mass Save. I’d recommend All Temp without hesitation. Very happy with the process from start to finish. No more putting up 7 window AC units this summer!
Your young men Ryan, Mike, Dave, and the electrician (whose name I cannot recall), all did a wonderful job together, installing my new Bosch Heat pump system. To me, they were all very polite and got the job done. Despite being VERY difficult quarters to install in the small space above my closet, it was installed in one day. After which I received a phone Call from Bob the owner asking how it all went. Then an appointment was made for the other Mike to come out and inspect the whole job to satisfaction. All-Temp just installed central air in my house. I couldn’t be any more satisfied on how they worked in my house. Very experienced, informative, professional, and most of all they left my house very clean every day. On top of all that the system works perfect. I have no problem recommending them to anybody.
We've used All Temps since the 1990's. They just installed a new furnace and got a difficult to get part for a second furnace that was especially important to us since we have a 100 year old in the house.
When we decided to go with Heat pumps and mini-splits and were approved for the Mass Save rebates, we contacted 4 providers for recommendations and suggestions. As you can imagine, we received 4 very different recommendations and the estimates varied accordingly. Bob Z's recommendation made the most sense to us and was within our price range. He ordered the equipment and was ready to proceed within a few weeks. His installation team was professional and experienced. They moved through the house unobtrusively and explained what they were doing clearly. The systems work well and are quiet as could be. What a difference from the previous clank and hiss of the steam system we replaced!!! Thank you, All-Temps!!! I have recommended you to several others.

New HVAC system: Quote to Installation – seamless & smooth We recently decided it was time to replace our HVAC system which was installed in October of 1996. This 26 year old system was also installed by All Temp Systems and so we opted to stick with them for our new system too. They’re a local business and have always been quick to respond when an emergent need arose. I requested a quotation via their web site and received a response from the owner the same day that he would prepare a quote. A day later the quote arrived for the new system and we were pleased as it was a few thousand dollars less that we were anticipating. We also compared it to two of our neighbors who had similar systems installed by them in 2018 and 2020 and found the price difference to only be about $200.00 more. (We were pleasantly surprised to see that they were holding their prices steady and offering fair and competitive pricing in a time when everything else seems to be increasing by leaps and bounds.) We took advantage of the Mass Save heat loan program and obtained a zero % heat loan to cover the cost of the furnace which also qualified for a rebate too and scheduled the installation of the system. The 2 technicians arrived on time as scheduled and were very friendly, polite and worked diligently on disassembling and removing the old system and getting the new system installed. In quick order, the system was ready for the gas fitter to hook up the furnace and the electrician to make the electrical connections and install the new thermostat. Within 6 hours, the new system was tested, up and running and all of the work space in the basement and outdoors was cleaned up and all of the old system components taken away. From quotation to installation, the whole process was very easy. Everyone I interacted with (Mr. Zagame, the owner, and the installation technicians) at All Temp Mechanical Systems, Inc. have been very easy to work with and answered any and all questions/concerns
Very pleased. The crew that just finished installing my Bosch heat pump system were great. They started when they were supposed to start and finished the job well within the stated time. They were very neat and quiet. Working in the attic during these hot days cannot be fun but the guys worked very hard. I would recommend All-Temp to anyone. Thank you
the company did what they said, on time both days, very professional and completed on time. Had a new unit and air handler installed on the ducted system and 2 mini splits installed on the first floor. The techs were very responsive and knowledgeable, great install and units work fine. Bob said about a day and a half to complete, that's what it was. My thanks to Bob and his team . Might add, the price was very reasonable as compared to 5 other proposals I had. Pricing was all over the map. All Temp prepared a very simple proposal which included all the info I needed. Didn't have to find other contractors to supplement the work. Thanks Guys!! Ed T
