Jorge was here to do maintenance check on the Minisplits. He was pleasant, punctual and very professional! Always look forward to PCH services…by far the best we’ve ever seen in the 26 years owning this home! They’re always hardworking and so efficient…can’t say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend 128 PHCE to anyone looking for ductless air conditioning installation. The front office staff was diligent and responsive, helping to complete all mass save paperwork. Secondly, the service techs, Paul and Mike, as well as electrician Cash were top notch. On time every day, extremely knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. They even finished the job early. They were the most professional service I have used for any work I have had done on my house. Extremely impressed and will be a lifelong customer.

128 Plumbing reminded me that I was due for my yearly maintenance. They were very accommodating when setting up my appointment around my work schedule. My technician Jose was extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of what he would be doing to all of my units. He even reset all of my date/times on every remote! The invoice that was emailed was detailed and included pictures. Thank you Jose and 128 Plumbing!
I needed a replacement of my old heat pump, and asked 128 for a quote. Darren was the rep that came and assessed the installation. He is very knowledgeable and answered the questions I had, and provided me with several options that fit my need and budget. He connected me with Sandy who helped with any application regarding financing and rebates very speedily. As soon as I got the financing, Jen was able to schedule the installation for me the next day! On the day of installation, Ron and Raphael and other crew members showed up right on time (like by the minute). They were very courteous, and made sure that I understood what they were going to do and made known the progress they were making. They were able to finish the installation in 2 days, and they even installed a pump system to make sure that the condensate from the air handler got drained outside, and installed some padding between the air handler and the ground to minimize vibration. Great overall experience. Two people showed up on-time to remove an old AC system and replace it with a new one. The team was professional, responsive and did a great job replacing the old system and keeping me informed during the installation.
We have been impressed at every step from the first meeting to discuss pricing/options, to the professional installation, to the assistance getting a rebate with Mass Save. The installers, Wayne and Ari, were thoughtful and thorough explaining every step in the process to us. They recognized this was a big purchase and wanted us to be happy with every decision. They also were very respectful of our old home, making decisions to keep the character of the home and maintain the aesthetics.

Excellent professional service. Completed an oil to gas conversion for us. Hardworking and helpful. A special thanks to Matt, who came out two nights in a row, including a Friday night, to make sure that we had heat for the weekend. Went way beyond what could be expected.

We had a great experience with Mark. His thoroughness and attention to detail is something that is extremely rare. We recently bought the home and our furnace and oil tank is aged. He educated us on what to look out for and set expectations for the future of our system. We voiced some concerns about the balance of heat in our home and Mark gave us some tips on how to handle that. It was a pleasure to have him maintain our system and we would love to have him back next heating season.
I want highly recommend Jorge B. From 128. First of all he arrived on the scheduled time which showed me how serious they take their costumers. Jorge started by explaining what the heating system will include along with the estimated time line, he explained every step he was doing. He is very professional and very nice person that knows what he is doing. The service was done in the estimated time line and the all the work zone kept neat after he concluded his service. I really appreciate people like Jorge and I hope he is recognized by his managers for his work. Keep having people like Jorge in your company!
Our heater was not reaching our set temp in the winter (we set it to 75 F, but the temp was only 58 F). 128 Plumbing was able to send someone to take a look the next day and found that our 25-year-old heater was overheating. They suggested we replace our furnace, and they were able to come and work on it immediately the next day. Super quick and helpful.
Jorge was very professional, thorough and helped us get set up with other segments fir work we need done. Very pleased with the attention to detail he took with our servicing.
That was by far the best decision we (my wife and I) made choosing 128 plumbing for our furnace problem. They were very responsive the minute that we called them to address our need for heat. A professional was sent first thing in the morning to diagnose our furnace malfunction. Options were shown and explained to us in order to take care of that matter. 128 plumbing management was able to send two great guys the very next day to install a new furnace and explain the process all along. We are very grateful and can’t thank enough Ron and Raphy for their professionalism, hard work, and punctuality. Now, our home is warm and cozy again! Recommending those guys is an under statement. They are simply well qualified to resolve any plumbing, cooling, electricity, and hvac issues.
My Heating Failed and the team at 128 Plumbing installed a new system the next day. Everything was super professional and the quality of their work was excellent. Ron and his team came in the morning and got my furnace and air conditioning installed by 4pm the same day. Everything with the new system was reviewed and all our questions were answered. Couldn't recommend them more.

We had a great experience with 128 Plumbing. They replaced our 40y boiler with a combination style unit. The company was very professional and they came recommended to us so we gave them a try. The installers were prompt and friendly. They kept a clean work environment and took care to limit the amount of time without heat. That was greatly appreciated with two kids in the middle of winter. The process was incredibly smooth, and the inspector seemed to love the work they did. The lack of headaches and speed of the installation made us very happy customers. The unit they installed looks amazing which is weird to say about a boiler. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into their solution. A week out everything is running smoothly.
