Awesome, super informative. Really nice guy. Went over everything in the units thoroughly. Saved me money. Great overall experience. Went over all the options in detail for heating and cooling the addition I had just added to my house. Will definitely be using him again
Johnathan came over and fixed my mini-split problem in a jiff. Diagnosed and fixed same day. He was professional and responsive to all my questions, walked me through the process and saved me thousands compared to the other folks I called. I can't say enough about how great this guy is. I had an appointment with Jonathan on Tuesday, 11 April 2023 to evaluate my air conditioner air handler. Jonathan arrived at precisely 2:30 PM. He provided a comprehensive evaluation of the air handler and determined that it was in a condition appropriate to its age. He found a leak in a connection that was allowing conditioned air to enter the insulating jacket causing water to form from condensation. Jonathan repaired the leak. Jonathan provided me with a clear description of the components of the air handler, their function, and condition. Jonathan was very professional and polite during the entire visit. The cost for this service was much less than I expected which was a very pleasant surprise. I have not had very good luck with air conditioner contractors in the past for service and especially cost. I finally have someone that I will go to in the future for all my air conditioner needs and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who provide them with excellent service at a fair price.

The last thing anyone in New England wants is unexpected furnace failure in January. Jon’s pricing was far superior to the other local estimates I received, he also went above and beyond the competitors scope of work. The new furnace works great, the installation was quick and clean and most importantly Jon is knowledgeable and professional. I will Highly recommend Jon to anyone in need of HVAC service.
