Worst company to deal with . Got solar panels from this company . The system in not functioning . Its been 4 months and no response . Same issue happened last year . BEWARE!!!!!

Used Endless Energy and got a full assessment, resulting in Insulation work and HVAC project using the MassSave credit and loan program. Just completed installation of 3 complete Heat Pump/Air Handler systems with Endless Energy. Big project! From the start of the process with my salesperson Matt, thru install with John and project supervision wiht Moe & AJ I could not is happier. Their professionalism, system knowlege and focus on making sure I was satisfied from start to finish was refreshing! My salesman showed up the day they started to kick things off! Rob and Jake were great. Rob in particular was really competent, had a great eye, went above and beyond and is a really nice guy! We were not happy with the piping on the outside of the house. The mock up we received showed one line. There were actually 2 or three lines in many places and drainage pipes we were not expecting. It really doesn't look good on the outside of the house. It seemed there was no one in the office to mock up the pipe placement in order to preserve the integrity of the outside of our home. Rob was very respectful and did his best to make it as pleasant looking as possible. I gave 4 stars because the guys were really great - the company had some oversights and left a lot out of the preparation for the work. We were surprised that the mock up wasn't done accurately on a computer.

I had a ductless/ducted system installed in my 90 year old home. The installation crew were very polite, respectful and professional. They answered any questions, and worked hard to ensure that I understood the challenges, and that I was pleased with the outcome. They were careful to make as minimal mess as possible, and then cleaned up when they were finished. I felt that they really cared about doing a good job. There were some communication issues with the company during the project, but they made sure the issues I had were resolved.

It was difficult to determine an appropriate rating. Some of what they did was 4 star level but some it was 1 star and still is. They installed a central heat pump for us, which went pretty well. They were knowledgeable and helped with all the rebates, which was great. What didn’t go well was the system was supposed to come with a smart thermostat, like all of the competitors and it wasn’t until the installation started that they told me it wasn’t smart. It was a new model and one hadn’t been developed but they promised to swap it out once it became available. We had to wait over 1 year and follow up regularly and finally, it was available and installed, maybe 6 months ago. The issue is it only works for 1 day then goes offline and the only way to reset it is I go into the attic and flick the switch on the unit, which is not something I like doing. It’s on the far end of the attic. They came once maybe twice to try to fix it and it still lasts only 1 day before going offline. I travel a lot so having a smart system was important to and for the money I paid, I expect nothing less. We were the first install and it clearly was done wrong. My neighbor has the exactly same system and his was installed a few days later by the same people and his works. Every time I want to adjust the temperature remotely and can’t, it bothers me, which is why I am getting my solar elsewhere. My boiler and 5 year old ductless system work flawlessly, both installed by another company. The maintenance experience was also not great. They gave me a price on the phone then charged me more, saying they made a mistake l. The technical issues aside, my experience was more good than bad but failure to execute on a promise is not good.

Hired this company to install heat pumps in my home, a total comedy of errors! Salesman came out Drew up a plan and we were excited to start. Contractor came disregarded the plans and did it his way. Next day contractor had to start over to plan was not happy and finished the job with many errors crossed wires, no clean up, holes not sealed and icing on the cake I got a screw in my tire from their carelessness! Please do NOT hire this company!

The reason for the low rating is the deceptions about referrals. They said they give cash for jobs that were referred. I referred a friend who used their installation services but I did not receive the referral cash I was told I would get. I called twice and still have not received anything. Don't bother making referrals.

Endless Energy sold & installed 4 Fujitsu Mini Splits in our home in 2017. All 4 stopped working in May 2022. After numerous calls and rude customer service we were given an appointment 7/22/22. We were assured this would resolve the problem and there was no charge. But unfortunately neither was true.The techs informed us the tubing they were changing out was no longer used due to problems. The system was still non functioning and we received a bill. 3 appointments were scheduled and cancelled same day with Service manager & Fujitsu. with guarantees they would be rescheduled. All communication stopped in October. It is coming up on 1 year since we contacted EE with this problem. We have been beyond patient.

I hired Endless Energy for a system of minisplits for heating/cooling in my 1953 home in Hyde Park, MA. From start to finish, my experience was top notch! Customer satisfaction started with Tina completing the application and permits for me and providing info for a 0% loan beyond the 10K rebate thru MassSave. I asked for installation in January after the holidays and with Yvette, the job was underway on Jan 16th. Devin, their electrician was at my curb early, ready to start and the crew arrived right behind him. I really lucked out with this team who were thorough, considerate and worked through rain and even light snow with no complaints. I was thrilled to have a woman on the job! Lassandra was great, as were Jon, the project manager, and Ellis. Jeff came in for a walk thru at the job's completion and I am a very satisfied customer who highly recommends EE.

Endless Energy just installed insulation in our 1950s attic, which already had old insulation, wood, debris and the top portion of a heat pump system (also installed by EE). The team lead (Mason) showed up promptly on the install date, walked me through the list of items he, and his team, were focusing on. He stopped at several points to check that what I he described matched what I was expecting. He warned me about potential changes to prices based on decisions and work to come (the price ended up below quote). He held off on several decisions that I was deferring to my fiancé until she could chime in. He also gave me an ETA on when he thought his team would head out for the dat (also ahead of schedule). When the time had come for his team to finish he gave me about a half hour heads up to plan ahead, which I also appreciated. Unlike the heat pump teams, this group brought drop clothes from the door way to the attic, which we appreciated. Good quality work, done efficiently, and communicated well. Would recommend EE for energy assessments and insulation any time.
