There crew members are top rate and easzy to work with. They protected there boots with cloths when walking in the house. On time and patient with all my questions. Yes this is quality service company. We use as both plumers and A/c.
We've used Bartlett & Steadman for a few years now for an AC install, water heater replacement, and other misc plumbing jobs. They're always responsive, on time, and do excellent work!
Grant was great! He was able to come same day to help with a water heating problem in my tankless system. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and explained everything to me.
Always enough time is allocated for the service call, my technician (Mike) has had to problem solve during each of his visits which is extremely important to address with my older Marblehead property.
Jesse and Sabor his helper did everything right. They came on time, they kept us up to date of the installation progress of a complete new HVAC system, they cleaned up after the work and made sure we were familiar with how to operate it. And of course of great importance the install resulted in a running system on time as promised. Not sure if Rose in the office has her own review card but if I don't find one put her down for a five as well.
We found them very accommodating. What a hot water tank blew they were here with a temporary tank within hours. We expect them this morning to install a new heating system.
Extremely knowledgeable and competent, and have caught multiple minor issues that would have turned into major repairs had they gone unaddressed. I highly recommend Bartlett & Steadman

Terrible service, called the owners complaining and the guy started hitting on me? Very off-putting (not to mention that nothing was resolved) would not recommend ever hiring this company.
My tub stopper lever broke and water wouldn't drain from the tub. Bartlett & Steadman sent Grant R. for what I thought would be a routine part replacement. As so often happens in homes with old plumbing, it wasn't routine at all, but Grant applied his ingenuity--as well as a lot of sweat and patience--to get the job done. I admired his determination, positive attitude, and considerable skills. Thank you, Grant and B & S!

I could not be more happy with the service provided by Bartlett and Steadman. I had 4 estimates of which Bartlett and Steadman was the 3rd to come on site and I immediately canceled the last Co estimate. From the very start with going over what I was looking for A/C-mini splits the ideas that were presented just made the most sense for my home. From placement of units to BTU's for each unit, the other estimates I got could not begin to compare to Bartlett and Steadman's thoughtful ideas. I was told 2 days for installation and workers were done right as said. The workers were extremely respectful of my home. I just can't say enough! Highly recommend Bartlett and Steadman!

Jesse M did a fantastic job installing the heating and A/C system in our house. He was easy to work with and came up with creative solutions for working around the limitations of our 100+ year old house. Would highly recommend working with him!

Had leaking interior water pipe for outside faucet. Excellent communication; Mike called informing when arriving, explained what was going to be done, quoted the price in advance and reviewed job when work completed. Service performed in a shorter time than expected.

Had my water heater replaced. The Bartlett and Stedman team was professional and responsive. Fantastic quality work done by Daniel! The Area was left clean and the team was respectful while working. I'll be happy to use them again.
Mike was super awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced with my condo's particular plumbing situation, he explained to me all my options and broke down the costs for me and explained how they would go about installation and repairs. This made me feel way less anxious about the work to be done and know that my bathrooms are in good hands. 10/10 would go with Bartlett and Steadman everytime.
