Fantastic experience with the guys from Evolved! Mike and Cody came to evaluate our leaky pipe issue and were extremely polite and professional. They came back with Owen a few days later and took care of the issue. It was a bit complex, as it involved cutting a wall and removing a large piece of 120 year old vertical pipe. The worked quickly, but thoughtfully, so as to minimize removal of pieces of wall. They went above and beyond by replacing the pieces of wall board (that we had removed), which was very helpful to us. I HIGHLY recommend Evolved and especially the crew that did our job! Friendly, professional, and they clearly take pride in their work. The experience far exceeded our expectations!

Excellent experience with Evolved mechanical! Monica was pleasant and courteous when I called. She was able to schedule an appointment for me within days of my call. Mike came out to assess a leaky valve under the kitchen sink. He proposed a couple of options. Mike was knowledgeable, friendly, educational, and courteous. The plumbing problem got fixed and I’m extremely happy with the service Evolved mechanical provided. I would use them again and highly recommend.
A true 5-star experience from start to finish! My initial call to the office was handled by Monica, who was very friendly, listened intently to my problem, and quickly scheduled an appointment for my furnace repair. Soon after scheduling, she called back to offer an earlier appointment (next day). My next interaction was with Mike (the service tech), who was excellent from the moment he arrived (on-time). Mike worked diligently to diagnose what was found to be a rather tricky issue. Mike was able to solve the problem, guided me in what he was doing throughout, and was a pleasure to work with. As a small business owner myself, with a keen eye for customer service, Evolved Mechanical exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them and plan to do so within both my personal & professional network. Well done!
The service this company rendered was the very best in every phase of this project. From the first, the owner, Jason, walked us through our options. He assessed all the repairs necessary. He also explained the conversion process. Answered every question. Within days we had estimates to consider. Then the office manager, Monica helped me schedule the dates for the various aspects of the job. She was really reassuring throughout the project. She kept me appraised of what to expect. Now, the crew of technicians (Kevin-Lead; Cody & Brian) were very professional. They were efficient ,careful, courteous, and knowledgeable of the system they were both repairing and converting. I know others were involved.--Outstanding kudos to all. Thank you for making our home safe and warm!
We had a high efficiency furnace installed. Kevin was a great installation technician. The whole team was super quick, professional, responsive and clean. Their front office helped with the mass save rebate process.
Mike and Jesse came and hooked up my 3rd floor heating. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job. They knew exactly what they were doing and I was very happy to have chosen Evolved. I would definitely recommend them!

Mike and Jessie did a great job fixing our AC system. They were very professional, explained exactly what they were doing, what the problem was, and fixed the issue. They were prompt, extremely nice, and knew what they were doing!
Evolved Mechanical installed our split a/c system last spring just before the first heat wave hit. It worked great just as they had said. I'm now free of those damn window units. The workers were professional and informative re the steps of the install. This past month I had them return to disconnect my baseboard heat while I remodeled 2 rooms. I then had them return to reconnect the baseboards. Mike and Jessie were absolutely fantastic with all of this. They even stayed much later in the day to finish the job as they knew I had a daughter moving back in the next day. You absolutely can't go wrong hiring these guys!!
Moved into our first home recently and needed to get our hvac serviced. They were really friendly and scheduled to some out quickly. Mike and Jesse arrived on time and did a great job checking and making sure everything was working properly. Since it was the first time we had a hvac serviced we had a number of questions and they were really patient with us and answered everything. Overall, great experience. Will definitely use them again and hope they keep sending us Mike and Jesse.
Overall, my experience with Evolved Mechanical was extremely positive. From start to finish the service was top notch, and I am very happy with the end result. I had been looking to install a heat pump in my condo for a number of years, but due to its unusual layout it had been difficult to find an option that would work. This year I was determined to make it happen, so I had multiple companies come out and take a look. Jason, the owner of Evolved did the consultation himself and gave me a couple of options to mull over. I thought the price he quoted was reasonable and he was incredibly helpful and patient in answering the myriad of follow up questions I sent him over email. I honestly felt he went above and beyond at this stage which is why he earned my business. When Owen and his crew came out to do the install (I ended up going with a two zone mini-split), they did a great job. They were in and out in two days, and were extremely polite and respectful of my home. Just a good group of guys, friendly and professional. Then, when it came time to submit my paperwork to Mass Save for my rebate, Monica in the office was amazing, making the process easy and painless. Like I said, the whole experience with Evolved was great, hence the five star review. I can't think of a single negative thing to say and would highly recommend them to anyone needing similar work done.
When I had a problem with my gas furnace many of my condo neighbors recommended Evolved Mechanical to me. Mike and Jesse came right out and were able to explain the problem to me and fix it quickly. They were highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with their service and will absolutely continue to call on them in the future. Highly recommended!
I needed a quick furnace repair, so I googled for local places and found Evolved Mechanical. Called them up at 9am, and they had a tech at my house by 10am. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix it later in the same day despite needing to order a part. They're up-front about all costs, very friendly, and highly professional.
The third time is a charm. After using two plumbers who often didn't show up or barely showed up, we contacted Evolved Mechanical. Mike and Cody were awesome. They are what all plumbers should be--professional, honest, competent, and personable. We will definitely use them again.
Jason and his team are top notch and have been excellent every step of the way- from an incredibly quick turn around on securing the heat pump equipment to an excellent install process with great communication throughout. As an older building we are still working through some lingering issues but Jason’s team has been great in responding. Office staff have also been great in what is clearly a very busy time of the year. They are on mass saves qualified contractor list which means you can apply for the mass save rebates, and they are clearly on this list for a reason. Highly recommend

Mike and Fred came out to replace a broken faucet in our house -- they were prompt, quick and thorough, made sure it was installed the way we wanted it and had good advice for maintenance and future quick fixes if we needed it. Overall one of the better contractor experiences I've had.
I highly recommend this company to get your HVAC fixed. The firing tube get clogged and the technician fixed it really quick. The charge is reasonable and every process is professional. Mike is the best!
Jason was awesome. We had been told our furnace needed replacing but he found that it just needed cleaning. He was able to have our heat up and working in less than 1 hour!
