Morris installed a new mini-split A/C for us. The price was great, the installation was quick and flawless, and everyone involved was knowledgeable friendly and professional. We highly recommend them!
We have had a fantastic experience with the contractors you sent to our home. Manny and Riley were professional, courteous, clean, and respectful of our space. They were knowledgeable and showed us everything they did - the work was impeccable. They took the time to make sure we knew exactly what work was being done, and how they installed everything. Good help is hard to find, and I hope this message reaches Manny and Riley. They were amazing.
We have had Morris for years for our AC and now use for the Heating System because we wanted reliable service. Heating went out on Dec 30th. Called and although they were down on people due to time of year were able to have one of their service people who was very knowledgeable of our system come out and fix the issue. Back up in 2 hours. Thank you!
I had these guys come in and do a service on an old (new to me) HVAC system. The day after the service, the system stopped working. I was convinced the problem was coincidental and not related to the service but they came right out and addressed the new problem (which did turn out to be un-related to the service) and didn't want to charge me. I made sure to pay for the part repair at least. They did a great job and the system is working perfectly now. I plan on using them again and would recommend them to others.
Sean and Mario did an absolutely wonderful job installing the mini-splits in our single-family home. We strongly recommend them to anyone because they are so highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. They care a lot about the quality of their work and truly went above and beyond. In addition to having a great work ethic, they were very kind, pleasant, and respectful. They were very efficient, maintained a clean environment, showed up on time every day, and clearly communicated with us throughout the entire process. Please send along our deepest appreciation to Sean and Mario. We will think of them every summer and winter while we enjoy the newly installed AC/heating in our home. Our heating and hot water had failed on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday and Sunday we tried to track down someone who could repair it, a family member recommended Morris, we were not even customers (yet!). We got a call back Sunday saying someone would be by to take a look Monday morning. Mike arrived at 7:30am. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and was back the next day to get us back up and running. We will scheduling yearly maintenance with Morris for next year and the years to come. Mike was polite, helpful and a problem solver.
Pretty sure everyone’s biggest fear that isn’t talked about is your houses heating system failing in the winter, that’s what unfortunately happened to me. I called around and read many reviews as to which company I could have faith would give me the best service, that’s when i stumbled on Morris. I called and they managed to give me same day appointment, which was great due to me taking work off to get this situated, as well as having no heat in my home. They were commutative to let me know they were held up at a job nearby so be a little late, then when tech Steve came he was nothing but great and knowledgeable. He tried many things to see if he could get my forced airs furnace going, unfortunately all attempts didn’t work. He took a picture of my York’s serial and model number and told me he would call his shop and have them look into it for me. Shortly after he left they texted told me it was still under warranty and be back the next morning to put it in. They did just that. If you want a reliable company, thats commutative, knowledgeable, and has great techs like Steve I highly recommend Morris!
We lost heating in January and needed quick evaluation and service. Morris heating/plumbing was able to get.a technician out quickly. Morris provided a clear explanation of what was not working and why; had all the right parts on hand and received quick service; was given a very fair and honest price; and the technician was very polite and professional. The technician who came out was personable, and worked quickly and efficiently. To my untrained eye it appeared he was thorough and made sure he was diagnosing the problem correctly before starting the repair. There was a pricing issue that was quickly resolved by a hands on management.
From start to finish my experience with Morris was first rate and seamless. I just had an air conditioner/heat pump installation done over 4 days and couldn’t have been more pleased. The crew was so congenial, non intrusive, quiet, neat, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to have around. They have already gotten 2 referrals from friends who heard me talk about my experience.
They were prompt, diligent workers and they did their job well. We mostly communicated with Andy Previte and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy with our new Propane furnace!
The install was very professional and efficient. Kevin and Cody showed up on time and placed tarps and wore booties and vacuumed up when they left. They both explained to me what the change out involved and showed me what modifications needed to be done to do the job correctly
I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate what you, Manny and crew did for us yesterday, I know that it was above and beyond. Thank you again. From the estimate to installation of the split AC system and moving of the older unit. Morris heating and cooling, it’s representatives and technicians is what professionalism should be. I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of Morris. In an addition project that has taken months too long they have been one of the bright spots! They designed and installed our system within two weeks of being called and on top of that took care of securing and moving the lines to our existing A/C system that was supposed to already have been taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for getting here promptly (even though I’m sure they’re as slammed as everybody else) every time they’ve said they would… and with the many delays my family has experienced, this is paramount. Would recommend these people to anybody and everybody! Truly professional!
The professionalism and quality of Morris' products and services are top notch. We did a whole house heat pump/AC system. The installers were just the best. It was a pleasure having them in the home; clean, exceptionally professional; and the system is astoundingly efficient and silent. I can not recommend Morris enough. It's been a seamless process and a great value.
I’ve used Morris twice in the past year. First visit, they diagnosed an air handler problem that another company could not fix. They had part in stock & the problem was solved right away. Today technician Justin visited to perform seasonal maintenance on our 3 compressors w/handlers. He was on time, polite, professional & worked very hard to address all my concerns. He did a great job ! I also must compliment my email contact Caitlin. Her replies were prompt & polite. This is an A+ company & I highly recommend

For eight years now Morris has delivered excellent service and service technicians. As has been our experience with all of Morris' service technicians, Steven P. was prompt, courteous and professional in completing his call. I appreciated his being able to arrive earlier rather then later and finishing the job in a very timely manner.
We had our old Ductless split system replaced with a new larger capacity unit. The team from Morris did an Awesome Job. Very professional installation! The technicians were very fast and the install came out great! They cleaned up so well that i did not have to touch anything, it was the best experience we had with an out side contractor in years. THANKYOU SO MUCH!
We had an excellent experience with the technician who came from Morris. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood what the problem was and how he repaired it. He was also obviously conscious and considerate about cleanliness and covid safety. Highly recommended.
